Dil Event not affecting mark or BNP/Iso/etc turnins

See title - even though the dil weekend is active, turnins of 3 BNP's/whatevers and 50 marks of anything aren't giving bonus dilithium. Reproduction steps: 1. Waited for even to be active 2.
