Chief engineer Thyl says he will not lower the shield that he’s erected around the engineering deck. He says it’s the only thing keeping those “crazy females” out of there. Security chief Truzena, Medical office Naynta, and Science office Paris are currently experimenting with nanites to see if they can weponize the tribbles infesting the lower level. I think they’re going to try and use them to breech the shield. And Helmsman Aunlel wants to permission to decrease power to the inertial dampers so she can “power slide the ship around Rigel as we leave”.
First Officer won't let me fire on Starfleet HQ personnel department for assigning me these lunatics.

I know Admiral Quinn assigned him to us, but he has no feel for it and has already knocked over a case of anti-matter that lucky hasnt been charged but the clean up will take days let alone the paperwork and having that part of engineering offline! This kid has to go!
