    Had this with two characters:

    Tadrith Warspite@strykewolf67 and Rias Gremory@strykewolf67.

    In both cases, did not have a set loadout (Don't with any of my 5 characters) In both cases, did not occur until I got my L40/final ship. Though with Rias, that would be a mirror battlecruiser I got her.

    Tadrith - Fed (started character before DR launch). Rias - KDF (started character after DR launch). In both cases, problems began after DR launch. Previous three characters have not been affected. Now, the curious thing is this. When I started Rias; Tadrith (who was the 'newest character' on my roster...no longer had ANY issues. That didn't dawn on me until the other day, had set up an actual loadout for tadrith at about the same time I started Rias.

    If I stayed in space missions, loadouts did not change; if I changed to homeworld ground (and back), loadouts would reset/disappear. If I went to any ground, did whatever, and went back to space - it would reset/disappear 1/2-3/4 of the time. Was only guaranteed to happen if I went to homeworld.

    Now, what fixed Rias was this: I set up two specific loadouts with different names. The only difference between the two loadouts was the positions of two consoles on the ship. After that, had no further issues with her. What appears to have fix Tadrith, in my case, was starting a new character...the problems transferred to her.

    I posted a character who had the issue every time and no contact from cryptic. I finally through trial and error got to a point where it works part of the time now. The biggest thing was removing the intel officers. As soon as I did I could save my loadouts and recall them, they stopped going away during ground missions. The skill tray and the officer stations still go away somwtimes between sessions but at least it's easy to reload them.

    Hmmm.. this gets more and more ridiculous with each new patch.. today (after the patch) all my 14 chars had their Prototype Ablative Jevonite stacks and the Bio-Molecular Shield Generator unloaded from the tray :rolleyes:

    and my entire tray reset itself to completely blank on entering cure found normal today.

    Whats even weirder is it happens on my new phantom escort i got and there is no load out attached to the ship but seems to experience the problem.

    For me the big change that happens is the Heavy Bio Molecular Barrage ability from Counter command ordnance set doesn't stay on my tray at all. This is the only one for me that consistently disappears off my tray.

    The other characters on my account have yet to get this issue because I haven't changed anything in the toolbar yet for them, 1 possible fix I will be checking later is I switched the ship i was flying on a character I didn't list here and will see what happens when I switch between space and ground maps.

    Consistency - toolbar reset every time I change character or log-off/on from the game. It occasionally occurs when I move from a system to sector/quadrant (even via transwarp) or (rarely) leave a system following a mission.

    I have characters with two saved loadouts, some with one, and some with none... it makes no difference.

    Saved loadout is having no effect, whether I lock the toolbar or not, or in whichever order I save a loadout... or rename a loadout... or save two different or identical loadouts... and I'm really getting tired of having to replace/reset skills and ability toolbars just to play.

    Another player has said that this is becoming a game-breaking issue and I completely agree with that... especially given that I'm sick of the toolbar taking up to 4 or 5 clicks to activate a skill AND the DOff/Crafting display failing to refresh to a new department when chosen (I have to click 'add catalyst' and then 'clear slot' to get the 'begin' icon to activate and allow selection... a right royal pain in the rearward over a full deck of characters).

    I'm off to play through the Tokyo content of the Secret World until this is fixed. And I mean fixed.

    I have this issue with weapon and Aux batteries on Tonyx@TonyEx. I put them on row 4 of my toolbar (it's a keybind).

    The issue happens after I replenish the batteries on my ship with a full stack of 20. The next map change will make the batteries disappear off my toolbar. It doesn't happen if I replenish with a partial stack.

    Just had my two loadouts go crazy, stuff missing, on wrong bars, boffs moved or missing. Everything was fine up until today. Redid my bars and saved again but the issue kept happening whenever i beamed back to my ship. I noticed that after the patch today that "refracting tacyhon cascade" from nukara rep was missing from my bar. I re-added it and then stuff started to go wrong. I redid my specials bar several time and resaved. No luck. Finally i did the bar again without putting tacyhon cascade back in, saved and so far its been ok. {knocks on wood}. Is this perhaps an issue with some of the reputation special powers. I'd try adding taychon cascade back in again to test but im not brave enough to spend another hour trying to fix my bars again if it messes up.

    T'Llaan@myrnwyn experiences this problem with Rock and Roll and Bio-Molecular Reactive Shielding System (the 4 piece click power for the 8472 space set) every time she beams into a ground map. If I slot the powers in the tray in sector space they will remain there until I beam to a ground map, at which point they will be unslotted when I'm next in space.

    Can replicate this 100% of the time.

    It happens immediately after I login, or when I switch to this character.

    Regardless of what I have saved, the following slots go empty:

    Row 1: 1,2,4,5,7,8,0 are empty.
    Row 2: c1, c4,c5 and c0 are empty
    Row 3: a1, a4,a5, a9 are empty

    Tactical Initiative III 'appears' in a3. I don't keep it there.

    The missing skills are primarily my Lt Tac, Cmdr Intel Science officer (who is a mix of science and intel skills) and the Science Lt. Commander.

    I go through the following process:

    1.) I re-add the skills.

    2.) I resave the loadout while in orbit to slot 1 called 'Loadouts dont work'

    pause for a moment, then

    3.) I resave it again to slot 2, and rename it. In this case 'QA work is fun'

    I can then play a mission, patrol or stf.

    Switch toons or logout.

    Return, and the problem is back. The skills are dropped and Tactical Initiative III has moved.

    I try to use either of the 2 loadouts, either in space, or in orbit and neither will restore to what I have saved.

    Ship: (Eclipse Intel T6)
    Can replicate 100% 24/7

    Reproduction steps:

    1. Logged into my Federation Engineer with an Eclipse Intel ship (T6)

    2. From Starfleet Academy, beamed up to Sol System Space

    3. Setup tray, equipment, Boff's & Doff's and saved to load out (name)

    4. Beamed immediately back to Starfleet Academy

    5. Beamed back up to Sol System Space and load out is not saved with the tray missing several space abilities.

    Tried a couple of forum work around's and after today's patch, they are not working.

    The following tray positions are not saving: A2 A3 A4 A5 A9 A0 / C1 C2 C3 C4 C6 C7 / 3

    Dismissed the Eclipse and re-claimed it. Reset everything and saved to new load out. Same issues as above but even a few more tray positions missing now.

    So I've had the moving tray powers a while, last week consoles started un-equipping themselves between map moves (always fun to see your ship underperform and find half your tac consoles in your inventory) and tonight my doffs are now being removed from active duty as well. I can only guess one map move my ship will be changed next.

    All of my ground gear and power tray stays exactly as I set it no matter how many times I move maps.

    When returning to space or switching to this ship all my power battens are removed and replaced with the buttons my ship had when I first got it into space after buying it.

    hi,
    I have the same problem,
    dont use any loadout/save's.

    I changed a BO and a few skills and now every f time
    i dock or do ground mission there gone and have to redrag them to QB.
    I am missing like 8 skills, attack p beta, cannon scatter 2x, torp spread 2x, engi team 2x
    and rock n roll.

    First, I setup my action bar for my ship. I locked the action bar.

    I beam down to a planet or visit my starship bridge, ESD, etc. When I return to the ship tactical view, the action bar is reset and several slots are empty. Some of the items remain, such as my captain abilities, console abilities. Some boff abilities remain, but it doesn't appear to be static.

    Even though the bar is locked, I need to add my items back on to it.

    I had a loudout for another ship, and that seemed to start the problem.

    This does happen every single time I transition from space to ground then back.

    Ships stuck on Origin- Medium Bridge Layout!

    No matter what bridge and layout combo i choose on any ship other than the TOS constitution class, it gets immediately reset to the Origin bridge w/ medium layout. I love the Origin bridge, but for future historical accuracy, I like the Alpha/Beta/Gamma bridge type for the old small ships.

    Please fix this at your earliest convenience. Delta Rising looks great!

    ship- Qib and fleet Peghqu', also happened on my romulan before expansion.

    problem, 100% repoducable, going to ground and back to ship removes all slotted items on the hotbars.

    leaves only my tatictal captain abilities on hotbar, removes anything else I have slotted including ship abilities and the cloaks.
    happens whether the tray is locked or unlocked.

    Hope this helps it is very annoying.

    I have been having an issue with one character, Gret@khamseen, every single time I beamed from ground to space maps it reset my trays. A fleet mate linked me to a 'workaround' somebody had posted on another froum which they apparently got from the support team and that seems to have fixed it for now thankfully. Though no doubt I'll have to go through all those steps again if I change one item on my tray.

    On my Chel Grett, two power slots always insisted on being a quantum slipstream, and a diplomatic immunity, regardless of anything i might want in them before a change of scenery

    On my Prometheus, it's a little bit more annoying; everytime beam down to the ground, then back to my ship, I lose not only my battery slotted powers from slots 8 and 0, but my Shift 8 slot reverts to fireworks from the Nimbus Pirate call; I also lose the Assimilated tractor from slot 5, diplomatic immunity comes into slot 6, and my first four bridge officer slots are NOT my commander-level tactical's powers; instead they are repeats of my engineering bridge officer, pattern omega (which i prefer in alt-4) and scatter volley (which i want in alt-3)

    Here is another reproducible case.

    Character: Sarine@frtoaster
    Affected Abilities: Emergency Shield Capacitor and Integral Frequency Remodulator from the MACO ground set
    Problem: Emergency Shield Capacitor and Integral Frequency Remodulator swap places

    To reproduce the bug, follow the steps below.

    1. Go to the Voth Ground Battlezone.
    2. Put Integral Frequency Remodulator in Tray 1 Slot 5, and put Emergency Shield Capacitor in Tray 1 Slot 8.
    3. Switch to another instance of the Voth Ground Battlezone.
    4. Observe that Emergency Shield Capacitor and Integral Frequency Remodulator have swapped places. Emergency Shield Capacitor is now in Tray 1 Slot 5, and Integral Frequency Remodulator is now in Tray 1 Slot 8.

    Seems to be every ship but certainly happening on my Aves class T5U (That's the free Rom Dyson with T5U upgrade), it's called the RRW Eminent Domain if you look into my toon.

    Powers unslotted from tray even using Lock tray. Doffs completely disregarded in the loadout, they have never ever worked from Day 1. Items constantly pulled off the ship and into my inventory.

    On another character, the loadout system itself was borked. When I tried to set my loadout, it would select BOTH radio buttons for some reason, I think that was Marcus Refelian@Sekrit_Agent.
    Delta Rising is the best expansion ever and the players love it! No, seriously! ...Why are you laughing so hard? :(

    So ya, i just stopped playing for today out of pure frustration.
    I didn´t had much trouble for the last few day after some strange stuff with loadouts last week when i decided to change things up a bit and kit out a Hazari destroyer.

    Skills keep resetting every other map or so now.. I tried making 2 loadouts ,saving them and then reloading if stuff ends up in the wrong slot again, but even that isn´t working properly.
    I can load a "Loadout" and stuff end up in other places then i just saved it to. WTF CRAPTIC.

    Makes the game completely unplayable for me. But hey,keep trying to sell that lifetime TRIBBLE to me,sure will work (might contain irony)

    Someone posted the following thread in the general discussions subforum and i posted into it.

    I included a step by step procedure on how i fixed my tray issue and upon completion of the last step it worked fine. If you look in that post my post is #11. But immediately after my post mattjohnsonva posted his procedure as well which sounds pretty identical to my procedure.

    BUT

    I noticed that i wasnt able to select my loadouts. It looks like the system does not let you select the loadouts if you already are using it. I ended up removing all my boffs from their seats. In a way this changed the current settings so not it allowed me to load my saved loadout. Mattjohnsonva achieved the same thing...but he did it by moving or maybe removing gear. Movingthe gear changed the current settings so he too was allowed to load his saved loadout.

    NOW

    Here is what i found odd...my procedure as i mentioned worked immediately after i finished it. According to mattjohnsonva his method takes several times changing instances to finally get the settings to stick. Is it possible that the issue might lie with the boffs and how they are saved on the database? my method involved removing boffs then reloading the settings but matts method was to remove a piece of gear then reloading the settings. I also noticed that when i took my boffs out and i loaded the saved settings one of the boff seats remained vacant but all the boff seats were filled when i saved it. I had to manually fill in the last seat with the correct boff. This happened with both of my characters. Also on my first character which was a BoP with universal seats i clicked the empty boff station manually selected my engineer who was supposed to sit there but instead of putting in my engineer one of my science officers got put in the seat. So i had to go to the dropdown box again for that boff station, select the correct engineer and the second time they were put in the seat correctly.

    hi,

    For me it seems to be tied in with the quickbars if i used numbers 10-9-8 instead of 1-2-3,
    they dident seem to change after docking ect but then the hotkeys wont work or
    if try to change or put in same hotheys they refuse to work.

    Only thing i found that works a bit is if i switch ship before i dock/sell put stuff on ah,
    and then go back to space and switch back to ship i havent lost skills of qb,
    this prob wont work on a mission i think.

    Had the issue on a T5U Vesta that unseated all of my space doffs and also continually removed Balance Shields and [I forget the Undine rep active power's name] from the C6 and C7 slots on the tray respectively. When it would do this seemed sporadic, even with Lock Tray.

    I used the workaround of creating two virtually identical loadouts and thus far the problem has stopped.

    When I zone from a ground map to a space map (sector or system) the powers Rock & Roll and Cloak are removed from the power tray and the tray is rearranged.

    The power tray is normally stocked only with character powers/gear/skills, all BOff powers are left in the BOff tray.

    When a loadout is changed random items that are part of the loadout will spontaneously jump back to my inventory at random times regardless of zoning or other activity.

    When I zone from a ground map to a space map (sector or system) the powers Heavy Graviton Beam, Romulan Battle Cloak, Point Defense System and all 3 Vets ships powers are removed from the power tray. The powers Magentoplasma Relays and Singularity Circuity are added to the tray and the tray is rearranged.

    The power tray is normally stocked only with character powers/gear/skills, all BOff powers are left in the BOff tray.

    When a loadout is changed random items that are part of the loadout will spontaneously jump back to my inventory at random times regardless of zoning or other activity.

    When I zone to a ground map the power Adrenal Booster is moved to a random position on the tray.

    Any zoning activity completely removes my assigned space DOffs.

    When a loadout is changed random items that are part of the loadout will spontaneously jump back to my inventory at random times regardless of zoning or other activity.
