This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

I noticed that I could not visit the Risa event on Tribble...... so is this as badly tested as most patches we get, and can we get a planned extension for the event because of the bugs that will make this unplayable for first few days? :P
A test server is supposed to be used to properly test patches before patching anything....
They are fixing bugs. They have a whole team dedicated to fixing bugs. And a lot of us care about 'that', assuming you mean what the topic of this thread is about.
I don't see the point in this because once it's over, you won't be able to use them outside the system.

Outside of a small handful of event items, I really do not think they are worth the time, resources, and effort. 90% of the items are restricted to Risa. Power boards, swim gear, and floaters cannot be used anywhere else. Power boards are also way-way-way too big.
Those critters sure as hell tried to win against me.
Got so frustrated I stopped doing them and did the PvP race that I was good at instead.:P
You just need to learn the tricks. Stick to the edges of the course when it's curvy, on the snow whenever possible, and move right down the middle on the straghtaways. When making tight corners, jumping stops you without sliding. Those hints will get you an easy win every time in less than three minutes.
Now that you know that, you can use the discount this year to get all the past ships on your characters that missed them.
Sadly no. When there was the Risa party event a while back, I tried to help a friend get there, with Diplomatic Immunity and everything, but no luck.
A KDF (or KDF aligned Romulan) character would need the KDF equivalent: 'Raiding party'. Which currently allows such a character to get next to Risa in sector space only. After the event is live, the access for KDF should be unlocked. Thus those KDF that can travel around FED sector blocks should be able to travel there directly AND also enter the Risa system, thus getting to the event.
And what's been alluded to in the thread somewhere else, KDF (and aligned ROMs) should have access to FED sector blocks after playing through the newest FE, making the Marauding doffing track somewhat obsolete (DI and RP are stilll nice for the speed bonus).

After the first leaks came out I was hoping the ship would come with its own "mini-resort", where players could use floaters, powerboards and swimsuits. Seems like the design has changed since then and we're gonna get a generic interior...
Lovely ship and will grind for it but instead of seeing weapons I was like others in thinking disco's, pools, bars and dabo wheels! Wasn't expecting it to actually have guns :P
Am I the only one that thinks making this a combat vessel is extremely dumb?

Whatever, still looks great nonetheless. A peak at the interiors would be nice. Apparently the top section can be customized to display some sort of holodeck simulation.
