That's how many people are being affected by the reported crashes and how often these crashes have occurred. I wasn't being flippant or dismissive. I was stating a fact. These are very small numbers, based upon the number of players we have on Tribble.
clearly they only care about large groups for trouble shooting , that list shows and his reaction to the posts in that thread show that they do exactly that . pointing out that there are only a small number of players that are inconsequential . thats what i perceive here .

Include me as a member of the Order. I am crashing when the Legacy of Romulus screen appears. My Error Ticket ID# is 30189532. I went through similar problems when Season 8 launched.
Anyone else unable to log in I get to the Star Trek Online Legacy of Romulus screen and then it crashes. I have restarted and I had my security software on game mode so I don't know what's wrong. If no one else has had this issue I will just assume its my security software.
The second time around I am getting the ID# 30274756. It's still crashing at the same spot on the Legacy of Romuluus screen and the dialog box telling me my graphics settings have been reset. I wonder what I'll get the next time?
It's not just you my friend. I can't seem to log in either. When it reaches the Romulan loading screen, the screen keeps flickering every 10 seconds, the mouse cursor just spinning, if i click it it goes white and windows gives me a message that the screen is not responding. I tried booting the game with both "on demand download" on and off, nothing happens. I had the same issue 2 months ago...IT probably won't be playable for a few days untill the developers pay attention and fix it.

I dont know if anyone els is having this problem but im a bit annoyed about it.

Last time, I had to wait the best part of a month for a workaround. There never was a fix, only the workaround which involved shutting down radeonpro before starting sto.
I don't see that number error (though I'm pretty sure it's the same as been stated), but I don't even start to see the Legacy of Romulus screen - just this white box that briefly takes up the upper left corner of the blackness
Then the full-screen goes to the 'smaller' large screen, with barcode-esque lines at the top and bottom

Been playing STO since Open Beta, and have never regarded anything as worse than 'meh', if only due to personal standards.

About your problem, I can't help you but I just wanted to let you know you're not alone.
My girlfriend has the same problem.
There is something you can do, it's not a fix but it will let you to play: when you are in game just Ctrl + Alt + Canc and go to task manager; find the right process e right click on it.
There should be something like "Set Affinity" (mine is in Italian so it's just an educated guess), untick one of the cpu listed.
There you go, it won't be fluid but it won't just freeze every copule of secs.
@trek21: I can get to the LoR loading screen (where it freeze) but just before I can see the white box in the upper left corner too!
Well I got in, all it took was uninstalling and deleteing the entire files I had on my Drive Steam folder and doing a fresh complete install on my C Drive using Arc, no idea if that will help you guys but here is to hoping

Third time for me too; October & December. I have faith they'll fix our issue. Last time it took three weeks, as I recall. We're just not a priority. I assume money & corporate pressure are the reasons they released Season 9 knowing it'd cause some of us to crash.
Allow me to reiterate the need for us fans to pool our funds & outright BUY STO from those who are more concerned about profit & release dates than making a stable MMO.
Have faith, fellow Trekkers, they WILL get us back in-game. It's just gonna require some patience. Let's not be insulting & impatient. Nonetheless, I too feel dissed.
(May I have a sig with my error #? I have no idea how to create such a thing & ya do it so creatively).

Though while I can get in, I now get massively increased cpu usage as well as CPU spikes dropping fps to zilch every 15 secs or so.
