Kinetic bonus damage now only affects Projectiles, magnitude unchanged at 10%
Omega Weapons Training has been replaced with a new reputation trait,
Omega Kinetic Shearing.
Omega Kinetic Shearing causes all of your Mine and Torpedo attacks to deal 40% extra damage over a 6 second period.
erm, why is it listed in the notes that the damage from omega weapons training is reduced to 5% when it is later said that it is removed completely? So Does the new power have still the 5% weapon boost? No... please consider this is misleading
Species Traits have been updated to use the same slotting rules as Reputation Traits.
Does that mean we are being limited to 4 space and 4 ground captains traits ???
If that is the case, that is a major nerf, especially with new traits being released all the time in lockboxes. I myself have spent alot of money to aquire some of them, and now I'm being seriously limited to how many I can use?
The first time a player completes "Assimilation" they will have a choice of one Borg Prosthetic Arm assault weapon.
Additional weapons of this type can be found in the Omega Reputation.
The first time a player completes "Fluid Dynamics" they will receive:
15 Omega Marks
A unique "Adaptive Transphasic Torpedo Mk XII [Dmg]x3 [Borg]" which deals additional damage to enemy Borg.
Let's hope this works on the live server, since it didn't work on the tribble one where "the first time" meant "first time you play the mission ever. No luck if you played the old version".
The Bio-Molecular Warhead rewarded by the Romulan mission "Infiltration" has been removed.
We already told you several times in the tribble threads already: The mission is called "Mind Game". There is no "Infiltration" mission. It may be the IdName used in the code, but it'll still confuse players.
Some numerous errors in the Patch notes such as the Nukara Tier 4 Offensive ability. First it says this:
Auxilliary Power Configuration Offense: This now directly grants a bonus to all damage based on Auxiliary power level.
In addition, this damage bonus will provide a larger bonus to damage than the previous one did and it will also provide a small Accuracy buff that scales with Aux power.
Then it says this:
Auxiliary Power Configuration Offense
Damage increase now only affects Weapons, instead of All Damage.
Changed damage bonus calculation to apply after class/gear modifiers .
This makes the tooltip % appear smaller, but has a more predictable effect in the end that is approximately the same as the previous increase.
Increased maximum Accuracy bonus from 3% to 5% at 100 Aux.
Because I have been reading the Tribble Patch notes, I know that the first one came after the second one, but this will be confusing to players who haven't read the Tribble Patch notes.
Similar issues occurs with the changes to other rep passives
According to whoever handles your Facebook feed, Trendy, you didn't type up any patch notes at all, and Season 9 isn't really dropping tomorrow - it's just a server reboot. A four-hour server reboot...
Might want to get hold of someone and get that fixed.
That sure is a short 'known issues' list. On tribble there's still a lot of issues such as Gorn traits being all messed up (purchased traits not available to choose ect), maco and omega mk x gear accolades not being removed, kdf... I'm going to stop there before I complain too much.
So other than the fleet kits trade-in, are there any changes to existing kits? Will your kits change to a kit frame and associated modules, or do they stay the same?
Will we still be able to sell/purchase existing kits on the exchange?

One thing, still no news about the loadout system?? or the issues when switching ships and the stations going empty? or the other issues related to the loadout system?
I more worried about things that aren't being shown on the known issues list, because to me that pretty much amounts to, "we are aware of it but don't plan to doing anything about it". That are a lot of really obvious bugs that have gone unfixed for way too long and I for one don't plan on sitting around saying nothing and hoping for the best.
If something is not broken, don't fix it, if it is broken, don't leave it broken.
