Im sure they would just come up with the usual excuses of 'too much effort to be worth it' and 'clipping issues'

i purposely get the Risan beachcomber box just so i can have the barefoot choice, I'm also surprised that they haven't looked at designing more Caitian ships for the game, Imagen a Caitian/Ferasan Lockbox? with special uniforms, hairstyles, Off duty clothes, weapons, ships, and Doffs all Caitians or Ferasan. i swear they would probably make a good intake of people buying keys to open then boxes to get the goodies if they did. i know i would, id probably hound my fleet for the boxes just to have some to open!

fun fact: at least with RR Aliens, adding the bare feet option gives you the ability to change the feet to look like Borg feet. It's almost like wearing grey Crocs actually.
They should at least give bare feet on all uniforms for cats. Gorn get it, why not us?

It's probably because it would take time and effort to do, and they would need to tie up their Busy Teams to design, and make, and then implement. Obviously their teams are WAY to busy doin.... doing... Ok im stumped on that last part. Probably updating and fixing Pvp stuff...
I support this thread. More customization is always good and I enjoy playing the Caitian and Ferasan toons I have. I have one of each, but I might be inclined to make more if there were more options and variety (including outfits, especially for KDF toons). Would love to see more Caitian ships and even some Ferasan ships too.
"General Server Stability" means they are bolting the servers to the floor, right? Wouldn't you be upset if Branflakes were to go stumbling into the server room, knock a rack over, and bring the game down for a DAY? SO, they aren't scrwing it up, they are bolting it down.
I'm surprised they didn't offer the Khan hair to Caitians. I would have thought that was a natural combination. It looks smashing on Andorians.
I cant figure out why Cryptic never finished the Caitian/Ferisan playable toons, and bridge officers. With the amount of people that have bought one and play them, you would think they would be included in all of the options in the game!! Sunglasses, hair options, and the having bare feet like did for the Gorn. They did tease us with the bare feet for the RIsa outfit, but refuse to provide the fans with a the option that should have came with the playable character and bridge officers in the first place!!! The hair options they did give after having so many people asked for "M'ress's" hair style was kind of an awkward response.. But I did get the impression it means they have no intention of allowing us to make a TOS Caitian. This game seems to thrive on pulling us more and more away from canon. Is the game still meant as a Trek genre, I guess I can ask the same of the last 2 movies lol.
I have a Bunch of Caitians and one Ferisan, I cant and never could label any of their outfits, its glitch that I have reported a bunch of times to GM's and the bug report section over the years. I have also ranted about it on the forums, like now grrr!
A few of my toons CatStar/Caitian Picard/James T Cat/my Ferisan all have a crew full of Caitian Bridge officers waiting to get the bare feet option...and some of them hair, the next move is yours Cryptic. Look how many ask for this, I Imagine they would probably pay for it even though it should have come with the toons in the first place, please dont forget the Caitian/Ferisan market!! =U.U=
...and dont leave out planet Cait, its a core fed world like Vulcan and Andoria! It should be as jumping and interactive as Quonos!

There may be hope for some info being passed to the dev team. Read Smirk's comments on this page.
