The Odyssey uniform has more options added to it. One version is a modernization of the Wrath of Khan uniform. And you also get a belt. All and all, I like it. I even use that as my ship's crew uniform.
By doing a simple recolour of the Oddy dress uniform you can do a good 'updated' WoK uniform already.
When they released the extra uniforms for the fleeties that had already got the basic uniform, there was a dress variant that with a simple recolour could look very much like the WoK uniform.

I think that the integrity of that poll has been compromised. It allows people to vote more than once. (Sorry I accidentally voted twice.) At the moment there are 60 votes but the geographical breakdown shows voting taking place in only 16 locations. If you look at the responses timeline it shows that "new fur patterns" got 26 of it's votes at around the same time.
I suggest finding a polling site that will prevent this.

i did say there were no measures in place to prevent poll rigging

You kidding? I've encountered wiki sites with polls that don't allow you to vote twice. (Or if you can, it deletes your first vote.) And no you don't need to log in or anything. A site dedicated to online polls should be better. :rolleyes:

At the very least, if you must shoehorn yet another Furry species into STO, do something different. We've got two cats already. Make the Rom Furries birds, or dogs. Hell, come out of left field and go fish. That would be different and potentially interesting. Be creative, don't just say "hurr durr can haz moar cats plz".

Take a look at Saurians. In spite of their name, they look more like fish than anything else. But yet, I rarely see any of them around. For that matter, I very rarely see Benzites either.

Probably because it would be one of the most limiting. There's a lot more room for variety in the other 3.
I still want new ear types at least. Ones with notches in them to show battle scars.

You do know that vets use ear notches to indicate if a cat has been spayed or neutered right! :eek:
But right now I'd be happy with tiger stripes and snow leopard markings.
