Even waiting there will be bugs in the patches. Bugs they didn't see until a member reports it like right now with the server being down. Things like this happen. Take a chill pill.
It would be hilarious if there was a forum outage too. But on the plus side, at least this isn't NCsoft, otherwise this outage could be a surprise "Sorry Customers but we are shutting down your favorite MMO and that's IT, no last event, no nothing, enjoy"
All this being said All I'd like is a real apology, I've spent over ?100 on lock box keys got jack **** and I was fine with that but server down issues I just want an Apology of some form some prove they actually give a **** and I don't normally bother posting but I need to vent haha
well they do, they say sorry for any inconvinace after each down time its always there but it just seems to come across as an automatic message now
lulz, glad the community manager is out of the country while the server still falls apart on a weekly basis after a major release

I was able to get on for a few hours before getting kicked, then i was getting stuck at the "retrieving character list" screen....Ah now the launcher says the servers are down.

Seriously though, this kind of instability is to be expected with a major release like LoR. When Blizzard launched Burning Crusade the servers were dodgy for months. So don't pretend that this is somehow outside the norm for major MMO releases. As many different machines as interact on an average MMO it is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to predict how they will react to each other.

Not renewing now. Was going to buy some more zen before the bonus offer stopped, not happening now.
Server status now shows DOWN. Going to do something else and try back tomorrow, maybe, because at this point they will use the down time as an excuse for more patch work. Nobody is going to be playing this game for the next 2 to 4 hours minimum.
