There is a workaround, and that is to get a romulan to help you on the mission untill it's fixed

I obviously ran into the same issue, but I did notice a few things.

She changes stance when she is about to beam out, or should be beaming out, and her foot is obviously in the mesh of the table behind her. No idea if that would break an instance progress effect or not. The others, they seem to move to a standing straight position and then beam out. She does the opposite, hunching over.

Also, I also jumped off the force bridge back by the elevator, figured it might reset something. It did, she was back strapped to the table, but the rest of the station I had cleared stayed that way, but upon talking to her again, she hunched over and the beam out failed. - Figured it was worth a try for the 4th time through.

They would be wise to fix this before the weekend starts going full speed, or they could lose players over this.

I know there was an update on this but it seems worse than before.I get to the point where you are supose to beam up the 4 subjects and Rinna refuses to go.I sit through all the dialoge and wait but Rinna won't leave just sits there.I can go any further in this mission.

What is up with it?

I hit this bug last night, any official word on it yet? It's definitely cause of her brother. He's hijacked my tact officer "scenes" and my character isn't even a Romulan, and Rinna hangs just as his scene is supposed to show up.

I guess I'll just play my other characters, I never skipped a mission before and I don't want to lose everything that I've done up till now.

I have the same big going as mentioned previously, where the character Rinna Khev doesn not active after rescue.

i see i didn't state which side i was playing, i'm playing the Klingon side of the game, so i see its broke for both sides, i'm going to guess that it broke with the latest patch as i have a Star fleet character and completed that mission with no hiccups just last week.

Does anyone know if the Romulan you get to help you has to be a certain level, or have a certain bridge officer, before they can help you get through this mission? Or can they be any level?

I just beamed-down my Romulan and she auto-leveled down to 26 so I'm thinking it should work -- at least if you're 26 or higher.

Well I'm thinking, if I can make another free account, log into that on another PC, make a Romulan, get a ship then fly direct to Nimbus 3. Could I then add them to my party on my main and have them help me pass this mission, just leave them in the elevator while I clear out the area, then run them to the part to speak to Rinna.

rinna khev fails to beam out as you rescue the hostages stopping me from progressing I am playing on the kdf side i entered dialoge time after time even restarted the mission but she still wont beam out! the others beam out alright its just her please can you fix this?

Same with my kdf character.. I don't have any problem with my federation and romulan toon doing this same mission a few days back. But with my kdf toon I'm stuck.. =(

EDIT 2: Only way to communicate is via the Fleet Message of the Day.

I was wondering what happened, thought server crashed.

Looks like chat is coming back up from pidgin.

EDIT: and back down. I can see ppl going into and getting dumped out of the chat system from pidgin.
