Why would you want to be equal? The whole idea is to gain an overwhelming advantage and utterly crush your opponent. If your opponent bests you in combat, develop strategy and tactics to overcome.
I've tried to PVP again recently, I gained the upper hand quickly over an opponent thanks to a combination of consoles and good flying, only to get a face full of profanity, threats to report for hacking and general 5 year old behavior.
It's these sorts of people that cry NERF EVERYTHING, simply because they don't want to grind to unlock or too "good" to pay into the system.
I for one look forward very much to the new lockboxes, and can't wait to get my hand on some OP Dominion Tech.
Passing on this box, nothing in it that I really want. Pre-season 7 I would have gladly taken the Federation Bio-Neural Warhead, but the Romulan and Borg torps rendered that moot in my mind. And I don't feel like grinding out 150 lobi to get a single upgrade of the Jemhadar ground set.
As for restricting the JAS Hangar Pet to characters that have a bugship already, that's a baaaad move. Because seriously, who specs for a Bugship AND a carrier at the same time?
Personally i'll most likely pick it up from the exchange (providing the price is right) simply because, although i have both Omega and Romulan torpedoes, i like a little variation in the sets i carry on my ships.
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

Thats why most f2p game sell costumes and things that dont affect game ,but then again pvp is dead so no reason to beat a dead horse.

Only thing I'm probally not going to like is the amount of grinding required to get as many of these I will want to have. Other than that its a great lockbox just the lockbox system does not cater to those who have a lot of characters.

Yes. If you currently own (whether you got it from the exchange, winter package, a DOFF pack promotion, etc.) the attack ship and the dreadnought, you can obtain attack ship hangar pets.

One can hope, but the Foundry Dominion ships don't even include the Dominion Battlecruiser.
This is probably just an oversight, and adding the updated models might spur some movement on this. It's possible that the new Dreadnought has too much detail for an NPC enemy, but I hope not, as it looks pretty awesome.

The only way you can buy them is to buy them off the exchange. PWE makes no money through exchange sales.
