With my Tactical Escort Retrofit, 17 turn rate, at 52/30 engine power, the Advanced Fleet Hyper-Impulse Engine [turn]x3 [spd], Tachyokinetic Converter, and RCS mk XII (purple), I get a turn rate of 42.6.
Turn rate for the Vesta will probably be around 39-40 with the same hardware/power level.
I find it funny they ship has 3 for and aft slots but it really has 4 fore weapons because of the aux phaser duel heavy. This is such an oped ship and with tractor pet spam it will be way oped. I'm a sci capt and I honestly don't feel this ship. It's to much like an escort. I've always piped in a sci ship and plan to always do so but this ship is insane. I expect them to need it after 3000 sales that way they will have all the money they can get off it and then laugh.

No, I was thinking of selling off my [Acc]x3 weapons, since I doubt I'll ever PvP with that monstrosity in the queues.
with the number of ways this ship can control movement, if you use weapons on it with a single acc mod your doing it wrong. im just saying that in general

i see, there was 3 consoles. add that to the list of overpowering features, if you can equip the 3 you will get, you don't even need weapons energy. AT ALL. you can put everything in 3 of 4 subsystems and be impacted in 0 way. this ship is so over powered, its twice as good as the next best thing.

Go with 3 Transphasics up front and TBR 3. Pop off your Aux-powered Cannon to burn through shields AND eat up your Aux to TBR 3 can melt them.
i really don't see how they could have made a more overpowered ship, i don't think its possible. well, unless they did silly things like give it a 2.0 shield mod, 20 turn, 60K hitpoints. i mean without grossly exceeding stat parameters it isn't possible to make anything better then this. it has literally everything. the best pet, the best weapon, the moat crippling skills available, the most synergistic station and console setup possible, and BS console powers.

she ship will have an adjusted turn rate over 20 if your skill tree is set up right, with 1 console it will proboly have a around a 30 turn rate

If you just got them they should be account bound so you should be able to move them around your toons as you please.

if you want to know how the vesta will handle, take a recon sci for a spin, it has 13 turn as well
