The Innate mode is not a 10th Console. If you read it again, you'll notice the Regen mode (which is the innate; read default) gets disabled if you have the console equipped and switch to tactical mode.
So, it's got 9 Consoles, 8 if you want extra accuracy and a FAW Phaser Lance (I dunno if its that powerful, but those beams sure look high powered).
very cool, they have the odyssey station setup, only with a tactical commander. only 9 consoles AND a special console you need to slot to get its mods is unfortunate, and below the current fleet ship baseline
battle cloak will be interesting on the kdf version, i think all cloaks should be battle cloaks, so i support this. but that .83 shield mod is terrible, both ships are below the level of fleet ships in regard to shield mods as well.
Also remember the 'regenerative mode' is NOT an ability, it currently appears to be just the default bonus to subsystem power that all ships get. Normally ships get +15, although a some (typically cruisers) get +20. Apparently these ships get +5 subsystem power and +30 to a single skill which is far less than +30 to a skill, which is roughly equivalent to a Mk 12 purple console, but +10 to subsystem power is at 2.5 Mk 12 purple subsystem consoles (as each is currently only +4 power).
So yes if there are no mistakes in the blog these ships are currently underpowered compared to other endgame ships such as the lockbox ships and the fleet ships.
More pay to win. Escorts didn't tank enough so you added an insane amount of hull to it. 30 minutes for many pvp matches aren't enough already.
I don't mind, I've only 220 day of sub, so I'll never get it.
It has less hull and a lower shield modifier than the Fleet Heavy Escort Carrier. It only has 400 more hull than a Fleet Patrol or Advanced Fleet Escort... but loses nearly 10% shields.

Yes these ships with be fine for PVE and Rp and whatever eles the care bears do with them but they are not up to Par for PVP imo.
The KDF sprawled chicken looks Romulan in the Tactical mode. Why green when red would have been such a better choice? The Chimera looking like the front end of the Knight Industries Two Thousand in Super Pursuit Mode in tactical mode is just laughable! Thanks for making the 1,000 Day Veteran Rewards... underwhelming!
Starting tomorrow, after overnight maintenance is complete, all current and future Lifetime Subscribers will gain instant access to all Veteran Rewards, regardless of purchase date! This includes the 1000-Day ships that were introduced in this blog.

I don't care how long you've been playing. I only care about how you play.
And remember to follow the rules.
Wait, Do existing liftetimes get that bonus as well?
Yes. :: points ::

Unbelievable. Those who were going to have access to the 1000 day rewards beginning tomorrow were those who invested in Cryptic the very first day that a lifetime subscription was made available. They were the ones who put their faith in Cryptic before the game had even launched...
...and Cryptic will choose to honor that by altering the lifetime benefits to allow anyone to get those same rewards just by ponying up the cash.
Congratulations, Cryptic. You've made the transformation for me - from supporter to someone who will never give you another dollar - complete. Go ahead, check my purchase history and see just how big a mistake you've made.

Do you need exclusivity as justification or to feel good? Why can't everybody who's willing to go whole hog reap the benefits for doing so?
Also, it doesn't matter if you stop purchasing. The amount of Lifetime subs Cryptic is going to get due to this incentive is going to far outweigh the loss of one single customer.

Sensor Analysis
I'm putting money on a fleet version being made available, with the 10 console slots all for 20k fleet credits and 4 modules

Insane amount of hull indeed...
I'll just repost this here.
I noticed that too.

Battle cloak on a Raptor, oh there is a lot I can do with that...*evil thoughts*

Yeah, these ships are pretty much useless for pvp. No gimmicky console is enough to overcome the gimped stats. Too bad...
