Well, first off, if you're specced the same as what you put in the skill planner then that would be your biggest problem. There was almost nothing in tactical. Do a build search on sto academy and follow one of those.
Also, I know those fleet weapons seem enticing, but they really aren't that great due to the large focus on DMG modifiers. To really pack a punch you want accuracy and crit chance (ACC & CRTH). Use your fleet credits for the vulnerability locator + AP in the spire.
When I get a chance I will do up my build if you would like to use it as a reference. I've just been a little busy dealing with personal issues lately.
Thinking of that, how are things up their in the great white north Loc, I'm starting to think I should sneak into Canada. Probably have better luck up there lol
Thanks I would love to see your build, the ones on-line are alright but I think there must be better! And Canada is nice, cold at the moment. We went from almost 10 degrees Celsius basically spring to the next day like 2 feet of snow it's been back and forth like this for a few weeks now. And I'm actually thinking of moving to Africa hope there is good internet in the middle of nowhere.
