So I have a question, I started flying an Avenger recently and swapped all my cannons over from my Chimera which seems to work pretty well. However I am wondering if I should switch to dual beams.
Another question, I'm working on some of the Omega stuff and wondering whether to grab the kinetic beam or the console first.

I fly a Fleet Avenger and I run four AP beams on the front, one AP beam on the back and the omni-directional AP beam weapon. Coupled with the right boff powers, it's a potent combination. I'd reccommend beams over cannons due to it not having a Cmdr. Tac slot, which means you can't get stuff like Cannon: Rapid Fire 3.
As for the Omega Gear, i'd get the console first, then the cutting beam. I'd reccomend them both though, and the Torp launcher if you can afford that too.
Also, GOOD NEWS everyone! I got a Hirogen Escort, and I don't really want it.

On an unrelated topic....sorry I've been away so long...been just shooting up (chemo) and having parties (sitting in front of the TV and laughing or watching youtube as if it were Netflix) and been trolling around (petting the cat until she meows and tries to scratch me.)
On a related note, no need to send me those gifts anymore Darth (The REAL Darth) I got's myself a fancy new powerful computer.......okay I don't have it, I ordered it and it's on the way. But soon I shall have it and be able to play everything my little heart desires...AT MAX SETTINGS YAY!!!!
BF: BC2/BF3...*ignores BF4*...HERE I COME!!!!!!
Oh yeah....and I can play STO at max too....not that I'd forget my weird STO family here. You Canadians are weird....about thinking like that.....^_^

Oh err, right...ahem...so, that Apex. Handles like a pig, huh? I've seen Oil Tankers move more gracefully.
