Yeah. The Borg, Aenar, and Caitain BOFFs can also be put on the Exchange because they're per-character purchases now rather then account unlockes. I never bought a Tribble, so I can't say on that one.
Some of the Services items, like XP Boost, might also be sellable. I never bought any of those either.
I havnt bought anything off the C-Store Since the grab-bags started appearing in Season 5... I just know because I remember the uproar about them
Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...
It's good to check the prices of C-store items on the exchange, and see what is best.
If Master Keys are at least 1.5 million each or more, they are a really good way. If they are less, better to sell something else.
Reinforcement packs are always good, but keys can be more efficient depending on the price the packs are going for. If they are at least 3.5 million, that is pretty good.
I remain empathetic to the concerns of my community, but do me a favor and lay off the god damn name calling and petty remarks. It will get you nowhere.
I must admit, respect points to Trendy for laying down the law like that.
just wondering, is it cheapest to just buy them straight off the C-Store or is it better to buy something like Master Keys, sell them on the exchange and buy the modules on the exchange as well.
Which method costs the least amount of bucks or quidss?
Well, the question is, "how important is your time?"
The Fleet Modules are 500 Zen. Nothing is faster at getting them than buying them outright.
Buying them off the Exchange, on the other hand, means you're going to be subject to ups and downs, availability, etc. If you're patient and paying attention, you should be able to get good prices for the keys AND get fleet modules at cheaper prices. I'd aim your earning goals to being a bit more expensive than the cheapest ones you can find - don't count on finding them at great prices, because those will get snapped up quickly.
The other thing to consider as well; time spent is an opportunity cost. If you're spending a lot of time watching the Exchange, earning Dilithium, etc., you're not doing other things. As such, if you're going to try buying via Energy Credits or Dilithium to sell for Zen, be sure to pick something you enjoy (or at least can tolerate). After all, time doing that isn't necessarily playing for fun, hanging out, watching a movie, doing stuff around the house, spending quality time with the SO, etc.
That said, how are you buying your keys? Dilithium to Zen? Stipends?
Personally, just keep this in the back of your head: time vs money. You can spend time to get what you want, or money. I'd just go with whichever one you have more of.

The fleet modual thing is if u own the c-store version u get a 3 modual discount...
WHy do i have to own the EXACT ship?
Rhode Island does not count to fleet variant of it... (even tho i can use the costume for it)
Set it up so that if i own any variant i get the discount
I own every c-store ship i think i deserve discounts for it. Why would i spend 2000 zen for a variant of a ship. If u opened up the discount to variants of fleet ships u would make more money IE more incentive to spend money on them.
doesnt even have to be a full discount. How about just a 2 modual discount for the cheaper varinants.
I'm a little annoyed the miror ships are back in them. I have opened about 100 boxes and have enough miror science ships to build a star base out of them. I can't even seem to give them away. Please dev's can there be a way to recycle the unwanted prize ships into the fleet ship mods? I'd be cool with giving up 10 or 20 of these science ships for 1.
i just came back to sto and im so very disappointed iv been pushing almost a year now just to get to vice admiral. only to find out they screwed us...hard i may go back to wow at least then i can be certain im not going to be completely screwed by the dev team.
i started playing this game for the space combat made my day flying about familiar locations from one of my favorite shows now i am thinking about deleting my acount because i will never have the funds to waste $20.00 per ship just to have something new im sorry iv wasted this much time on sto wish i had of stayed with wow
