Rank system changes have been implemented. All Shadowcats that have earned Beta have been promoted to it. All others were moved to the before-mentioned similar rank. Specialists were moved to Shadowcat Resident and Elites moved to Lead Hunter.
Check the game, if you are due for a promotion, ASK! I am not going to spend all of my life cross-referencing your FC contributions with your time served.
But all Fleets members will have a minimum of the same fleet rights they had before. So other than the name change, no one should see a change.
