Most probably. Kyubi is no weakling, especially in his bramble ship...

A question from me though. Heavy Graviton Beam (of MACO and Adapted KHG full set), what's it like? Does it deal ANY damage at all?

doc isn't actually all that tough...it's just every ship he uses is nearly impossible to crack open, so he can continue slamming you with torpedo after torpedo after torpedo...escorts and destroyers should not be able to tank to the point they can completely neuter a fully buffed decloak alpha - the atrox i can understand, but not classes of ships that are supposed to be glass cannons

I got careless in the start during that time as I sometimes do, but after that there was nothing you could do once a pattern was established any more than vopo could and if you didn't stay cloaked, your scimitar was going down FAST! It was derezzed several times after that.

Also, I'm going to be harder to take down in any ship than usual no matter what since I run no weapons power and put it into aux and shields, plus sci powers. It's what we sci's do best.

Just wait till I get the vesta 3 pack in less than two weeks, This can only get much worse! =^.^=

It does indeed. It deals more than 2k damage, and it is kinetic. So it really is like a lance. It also pushes the target back, which has its uses if employed at the proper timing. I rather enjoy having it.

oh, i'll have a chance against the vesta, because it has TRIBBLE poor hull...shields won't do you any good if i can simply eat the hull out from under them

And I'm pretty sure I can address that most likely minimal problem, I also think I can finally have the double polarize hull I always wanted along with science team for those subnukes that may hit me. Those uni consoles at first seemed like gimmicks to me, but when I really looked into them, I was somewhat impressed, I will probably most often run with just two, the graviton shield, and fermion field which is like a third hazard emitter as aero called it. Since it has better shields, I could also consider hazard emitters III instead of transfer shields strength III at some point when I can get extra boff space for swapping.

But most interesting of all, is the PVE element I have been pondering and as to what evil this ship could pull off! I think I have heard of someone using the three consoles for the quantum shield along with feedback pulse III to cause severe damage to the unimatrix command ships in Hive Space Elite when they used their lances creating an enormous feedback damage to them. Could this be the ship I was looking for to complete the solo HSE? Not gonna get my hopes up on that but will be interesting to see what it can do! Plus those borg torp spreads like the queen has probably could have their damage returned to sender with graviton shield console too.

I finally got the Risian Corvette and I made it look ultra prissy. It has MAGENTA hull and lights, it's practically like a highlight marker. Really neat ship but mine is just so luminescent.

Another thing to commemorate is that I entered Ker'rat for the first time. Was nice, got blown up a couple of times by PvPers but I wasn't threatening enough for a lot of them to chase me (I also hanged out close to the borders). With it, I got the final Tutorial (Warzone) mission done, and I now got no more tutorials, so in theory I could be considered a player that has learned the game...

Ker'rat. It's a place you go to test your build against the ruthless masses of PvP hungry alpha strikers like myself and KDF players that need to do the daily Ship Killer - Starfleet. You think you're alone fighting the Borg? Going near a cube and having your shields drained is an invitation for a cloaked ship to empty your hull. Want to have a good ol' duel? Eheheee, not gonna happen. The best protection you got there is the Cracked Planetoid Code of Honor.

That's why I love the place so much! :D

I'd said I nearly completed ISE solo before, at least now I finally have! I thought it would take longer actually, but not too bad still. If I didn't have an accident with the romulan torp on the gens I'd have beat the nanites to it rather than having to wear them down at same time as well. At least I got the second set down without incident and then the rest was just a tanking slug out.

I'm by no means the only to have done it, nothing to write home about, that will be saved for HSE if I manage to make that work with my planned vesta tricks =^.^=

And my strategy is counting on those lances to hit me! If FBP III does it's job while I'm temporarily invulnerable, I shouldn't have too much trouble taking these things down even if I have to wait 3 mins between each attempt. It will take perfect timing nonetheless. I could probably even load up on 4 or 5 particle gen consoles just for that moment and put the special consoles elsewhere. It may be a one-shot for those cigars if buffed enough!

except the lances are invisible and shoot way beyond 10 KM most of the time

Not much a problem, just a matter of knowing the ultimate range they have and duration between shots, we got that figured out pretty well after many deaths during one play. I'll be sure to bring lots of components to find out the details again : P!
