And here it is, for everyone to enjoy. Kyubi-san took this pic when he put a pink bow on shadow!

first of all, don't use google - it sucks

second of all, i know a site that has several good images of werewolves with pink bows tied to them, but as it contains images of an adult nature i can't link the non-adult one here

and if you must have a pink-bowed werewolf, ask the creator of this image to photoshop one in http://browse.deviantart.com/art/Werewolf-in-a-Coat-105878627

Very true, although it would HAVE TO boost tanking, given that this is such a small ship. What I want to know is how well this Science-based ship would function for an Engineer, instead of getting an Escort, or something else that can carry cannons.

I would greatly appreciate the experienced advice of someone who already uses the Vesta, and preferably also has a Feddy Engineer.

Shadow and Kyubi did a shuttle PvP. I was there too as ref/observer. It seemd fun to me, I can only imagine what it was like to them. Unfortunately for Kyubi, I was a biased ref and in the end I helped Shadow destroy him. But since my fighter will have cloak at LoR I will be able to observe without disturbing!

That PvP was also more fair than regular PvP since there aren't any overpowered shuttles and there is limited space for overpowered items!

yep, 'twas a nice match; best fun i ever had in any PvP match

i actually giggled at the first death, because m'vore hit me with a HY plasma energy bolt...which caught him in the explosion and blew him up as well! then i busted a gut laughing because the exact same thing happened again for the second round!

those 2 deaths, and in fact the entire match itself made me wish i'd thought to record it or something

good times were had by all, and it more than made up for the really bad case of food poisoning i got hit with earlier

We should do a Melee PvP match. Not guns, just blades, whips, and claws.

    Whips are not melee

Also, I'll suppose that means kits and most innate abilities disabled...

    If so then I'm in!

I used demoplay for the pictures to get good angles, and a few minutes of Windows Paint to add the other stuff. I invested about one hour total.

If you would rather not do it anyway, I could make one for you if you let me get some pictures of your mains. Flickr doesn't seem to work for uploading pictures to other websites directly from the link (for me anyway) so you'd probably have to go to the link once I make it, print screen, paste to Paint, save, and then upload it to this website from your computer's save. There might be other ways to do it, but I can't seem to find ways to do stuff with pictures other than Windows Paint. :P

Quickest way to get one kind of like mine would be what I said at the top of this post, though demoplay for the pictures isn't necessary, it just makes it a little better.

Okay, I queued up for a Fleet Alert with Moogle a few minutes ago. I had forgotten that I was on my fighter so I got in with the fighter. There were Borg.

As you might imagine I was useless. I only won a 1v1 vs a probe and softened a sphere for the starbase to get!

It was still pretty fun though!

One doesn't blow up when it comes to plasma energy bolts, it's derezz! That's what made it extra funny during the first two encounters, Bzzztzzzzt and we were gone! and I was like, What just happened!?!? *fox snicker* Reminds me of my clumsy use of the BFG10k in Quake II haha. Despite it's accuracy being a problem, the Omega torp is nice for an all kinetic shuttle build with it's ammo magazine. Yes, I am insistent with my pure kinetic builds :P! Although if I was lucky due to PWO's, dual regular Accx3 plasma torps did the job better.

I have no idea of the Widow's stats you were in, but it seemed fairly resilient compared to my typical flying federation oatmeal box. Still, the main thing that made the shuttle PvP interesting is the strategy involved in it, like timing when to theta, then follow up with a tractor beam for some torpedo pummeling! So indeed cryptic should make shuttle pvp queues, it's the thinking mans PvP that would be great for those that aren't tacs in ultra souped up dps escorts!

    http://sto.gamepedia.com/Type-8_Shuttlecraft
    compared to
    http://sto.gamepedia.com/Tholian_Widow_Fighter

the type-8 has a base hull/shield value of 4K/1K and a shield modifier of 0.4, while the widow has a base hull/shield value of 5.5K/1.5K and a shield modifier of 0.6, so it's a lot tougher

it also has a turn rate of 31 and an impulse modifier of 0.32 compared to the type-8's turn of 28 and impulse modifier of 0.18, so it's also more maneuverable, before factoring in things like SIT, RCS consoles, engines and engine power level, anyway

i don't know why you even have that flying deathtrap anyway; the danube runabout is superior in every way except turn rate and only costs 32K EC
