Well, for me, the STO Klingons definitely are. TNG and DS9 era Klingons were not necessarily, but those Klingons of today?
    • They kill their own crew (doff assignments) just like in the TOS era.
    • They torture their prisoners. (There is this mission where you absolutely have to torture a federation captain or the mission does not move on...)
    • The raid other species. (doff assignments)
    • They blackmail other species into submission and trade agreeements(doff assignments).

That's, to me, not what good guys, or the honorable warriors of TNG and DS9, would do.

What do you think about this question?

    Bad dear?

nahhh, just demanding, and understand this is not about honor. It is War.

In War, the kid gloves come off and is not for the faint of heart. Torture occurs, incompetence is not tolerated when it is due to negligence. black mail, glorious espionage, kidnappings... pillaging... the TRIBBLE of men and women...

I mean come on... What more could any Self Serving Orion ask for?

Klingons, to me, are clearly not "Bad guys." They're just a warrior species. Considering that, they're extremely good people. After playing my first 5 KDF missions I realized how great they really were.

That said, being good people doesn't make them smart people. They were idiotic in their decision to let us Ferasans join the Klingon Empire. They should have realized that we would plan on taking them over, but they somehow still haven't noticed that. By the way, that's confidential information, don't tell anyone.

Yes, they are the bad guys. As everybody else. And by the way, they are stupid. They still think the Klingon chancellor rules the empire. In reality, it is ruled by an Orion TRIBBLE.

No no no, you have it all wrong. This is how it really is:

The 1st rules everything, and everyone.

Orion TRIBBLE aside, currently every faction is the bad guy in STO, as put forth by the backstory of the Undine subverting the major governments in an attempt to divide and conquer.
star fleet and the federation is infiltrated to the highest levels of its command, The high council and the Chancellor may very well be Undine and the RSE all but destroyed and allies itself in part with the Iconians.
Chaotic and war torn is the year 2409.
Only the player knows the truth of what is going on and the backstory of the game itself has stalled out as if the Devs have lost focus on story.
    Leonard Nimoy, Spock.....:(

Thieves, thugs and bully's are always bad guys to me...
Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...
Let me put the rumors to rest: it's definitely still the C-Store (Cryptic Store) It just takes ZEN.
