(3 purple sdo as well) i bet if logimo tryed an escourt with epts 1 2 that he would find the results to be in favor of this. i mean i ***** fallouts m8, he was an engy in the sci carrier. tho after i could not kill the dude anymore because the rest of the team knew what i was doing. but atlest i did get the only kill.

The main issue with your build that most have and this "test" should have more then proved it is the fact that you are completely wasting the buffs you get as a Tactical Captain. He did 31.2% of your healing while having around half the amount of shields and hull... I don't know exactly how you are speced however assuming a few standard numbers and weighing the nunbers (as a percentage of hull and shield)... that means that mavs healing factor would have been around somewhere more around 64% of the amount of healing you did...
So bottom line in an escort he did almost 3/4 of your healing... and you did around 10% of his dmg.

Seriously man get a parser... realize that 50% of YOUR hull healiing comes from borg procs... and realize all you need to do to be as tanky as you are now is learn to time your shield heals to keep your reliable borg proc firing when you need it most. Anyway... back to my out of here stance.

Well he couldn't actually kill me. with me flying my Vorcha. I did try to kill him in it. But it's still a team ship. (I might have been able to do it though with my HYT boff instead of overload)
I still got him to 30 repeatedly and for extended periods in a ship with a great deal less DPS than what an Escort brings... that's not something you want in pvp.

Well, I was thinking about dropping energy weapons skill alltogether, just as Starship weapons performance, since I do not need any added weapons energy.
The thus saved points could flow into particle generators (presently no skill at all), more shield strength (currently definitely underskilled) and projectile weapons specialization (currently not skilled).

And only one of those extra slots was a hull heal. 1 ET3 the other was RSP (which I won't need to use at all against ships like yours once I do my next respec on my klink I never ranked INsulators).
In 10 seconds on the other hand without using my overload I got you to 75 percent. This is a ship that is using Antiprotons (which have a horrendous miss rate), and only has access to CRF1.
Do you see why I question why you even bother using T torps yet? PS, if you want to try to do bleedthrough damage it might be in your best interest to just use Quantums with highyield. After you factor in HY of T torps vs Q Torps due to how damage multipliers, and crit multipliers work, Quantums can and will do far more bleedthrough.
Your entire offense is entirely too dependent on being Shot At. And your ship can't safely live during those periods. You -need- at least EPTS1 if you plan on actually pvping, and not just playing double fbp in 1v1s. Your ship provides very little reason to be shot at, it does no damage to speak of, it's crowd control is terrible, and all it takes to get you to eat a very large swath of your heals is an escort unloading half his alpha into you and then moving on.
Your previous setup was actually Better than what you have now for arena play.
