As for Galors, I unfortunately have not been granted such from the STO lords (Devs) and the Ferengi priced the ships for what it would take to buy a small planet.
I guess, we will have to make do with star cruisers as postmodern ships provided by the Federation. They can be imagined as converted interstellar liners. Fast, sleek and good engineering capability.

Sure, if timezones for this part of the Delta Quadrant were more merciful I would join you, otherwise, just assume that Friday and Caturday Night US Time is the only good timeslot for me. It will be very hard for me to propose or dictate timings due to location (and I am the foreign minority here) and I will definitely not try and organize something on this note.
Just be assured you I am very enthusiastic about further working relations with the new Cardassian Union despite various frustrations with... Federation bureaucracy. Get that aside and I am confident I am one of the best RPers out there using actual naval doctrine and enthusiastic fanfiction production to create actual in-game team superiority.

PS. I did unfortunately air my greviances in public on the STO forums but apparently, this was the right thing to do. If Fleet Councils would treat me like excrement then logically I should seek public opinion for my plight, instead of suffering in silence like... most of the fairer ones do in traditional times.
The winds of progress shall not be stopped by a few minor barriers of resistance to change, such is culture in the XXI Century. We do want to work to create a non-discriminatory gameplay experience for all, that's why I desire to make myself heard and earn the trust of others.
Sadly that means I have to be outspoken and risk being talked down for 'acting like Fleet Command' but if I don't take up arms and fight for what I perceive to be rights for freedom of action and expression, who will? While you Cardassians hate the Bajorans... they had to fight on similar terms 2 to 3 decades ago to be self sufficient. Cardassia must, cultural hatred aside, seek to do similar things to gain foreign favour and become more powerful than the Bajorans. This is how you will win in today's political climate.
It's the startup PUG fleets that lead tactics and strategy development, finding new and better ways to communicate and to conquer. This drive and energy for innovation is something to be treasured, not taken down!

She does not believe that there are merely '6 fighters and some shuttles' safeguarding the new Union and wishes to review the issue.
Joint Ops battle order:
Min size - 2x star cruisers (this will be a 'surface action group' roleplay involving two large interstellar vessels)
Optional extra 2x escorts or science ships.
Bring Scorpion Fighters and satellite turrets if you want to play carrier ops.

Also, we have a rare opportunity for players in the form of Role Play mixed with tactical operations on Saturday. Carmenara is an excellent, but strict story manager and requires Cardassians to demonstrate our superiority in combat operations. IF interested let me know.
