My Aunt though, makes an awesome meatball that she brings a slow cooker full of. I'd say, those are almost good enough to put up with family for 5 hours. Almost! :P

South Park Rally is a classic! Outside of the Mario Kart franchise, it is the only other kart racer that ever held up and was the best kart racer that the N64 ever saw. Yes, I am going with Double Dash for the best Mario Kart of yester-year. So many great N64 games that I would love to play again. WCW NWO Revenge is still the best console wrestling game I have ever played and the original Perfect Dark and GoldenEye are also superb.

It has been so long since I have seen the Last Starfighter, I can't even remember when that was. Right now, I am watching some classic Scooby Doo from the late 60's and early 70's. Although I don't think any of us were born then, Scooby Doo: Where Are You! is an excellent classic cartoon series.

I had a client years ago that purchased a computer simply for storing her family recipes in a format that got them off of the decaying paper they were on. She had binders and books of recipes to do and they were all hand written.

My scanner will scan film negatives. Any half decent scanner though should be able to pick up the faintest writing on yellowed pages. Try first with full auto mode and then work with it from there if you want a better result.

Is anyone that is able to view the meteor shower tonight out watching it?

I'm sure our favorite bus could give us some hints to her apple cake recipe. Right, Z?

Margarine, Granny Smith Apples, and Apple pie spice.

What we make is really similar to this, but we use self rising flour instead and add in apple pie spice and raisins. The raisins compliment the sourness of the Granny Smith apples really well.

We generally slice the apples and put the sugar over them while we're mixing up the batter to get a little bit of sour apple juice to add in.

We usually stick a fork in it to see if it's done. Hardly ever go off of time and instead go with exterior color and the fork test.

I don't think we've ever used yeast, and given the history of the tap water here (takes mineral water to a whole new level :p), we use filtered jug water to cook with.
