I dont have a tablet i have a really number bending SETI and Fold at home PC! I think ST NG had touch screen years befor HP started craze and its neat on my cellphone but if the screen dies so does the phone if i spill coffee in the KB i get a new KB i dont need a new Monitor
There are some great LCARS themes that work with Windows 8.1. Dawson, I think, posted his tablet LCARS project on 10ites.com at some point. That should work on Win 8 as well with the many performance benefits tied to Win 8 as well.
There still hasn't been an official word on the sub cost but $15 a month was mentioned back in beta. I hope it's lower and it would be awesome if they offered up a lifetime sub. Considering the numbers for the game so far are already spectacular and more than what STO has seen in its 4+ years of existance in the first week... I think ESo has already given a successful impression.

You can play ESO with DX9.0c but it's not going to look pretty. Compare it to... Champs or STO in look, which is pretty horrific by comparison to the gorgeousness of ESO. I'm not sure what eh minimum specs are off hand but they are quite distant from the recommended specs for the game. I have only ever played it on high up to the point of them introducing the ultra settings in the beta. It looked awesome on high settings but ultra took it to a whole new level of beauty.

Nope! The instances are capable of holding so many more people than any of PWE's acquired Cryptic games. Some say that takes away from immersion but for on the fly random grouping, I think it's awesome. It makes helping random people or getting help with a particular quest as easy as I have ever seen it.

Reminds me of STO where you couldn't get out of the Warrior's Hall once you entered. You had to wait for support to get a dev to move your character out of there. Did they ever fix that?

so inspired by telly kitchen calamities we've decided to boil water and find ye old trusty blue box in lauder and make MAc and cheese add home add ons of onion italian sausage and olive and more CHEESE
hum if we add some cornmeal to extend this and mess it up some to make it look like we worked harder..
It has been a while since I've had mac and cheese but I like to add bacon, chopped tomato, and tons of grated mozzarella, pepperjack, and marble cheese to it. You know it's good when there is more cheese than anything else. :eek:

I don't think I've heard of Famous Dave's but Famous Anthony's is pretty good. Especially for their massive buttermilk chicken sandwich. The thing is a meal within itself without the bun or toppings. I haven't seen a boneless chicken breast that big in any sandwich I have ever had and it was delicious!

I hate inconsistencies with restaurants. It just makes me want to avoid them unless they have something I really want that I can't get as good somewhere else. If I cave and go though and it's not upto what I expected, then I usually avoid the place for months or not go back at all.

I'd say the best BBQ sauce I have found is at RibFest. Bibb's Ribs makes an amazing thick and chunky sauce that is full of garlic, onion, and many other seasonings. It's bold but not over powering.

The Smoke Ring.. I think i saw the American Show on Food network with Alton Brown on a motorbike.. where he did a east coast to Mississippi BBQ shack tour and other places.. Looking for perfection in small family places off the interstates. You could almost smell the smoke..
I went on a mission of mercy for a BBQ in our area they needed more brisket bread and sauce
the place was so smoky inside the kitchen i almost got a smoke ring on me delivering.
Have any of you had a chance to laugh at the Risian Cruiser that will be the reward for the Summer Event? OhhhhMmmmGeee! It invents a whole new level of hideousness. :eek:
