My only real request is that now that we have level-scaling TOS torpedoes for the Shuttle, can the TOS Connie pre-order get them as well?
There's no real reason to, any normal Photon Torpedo launcher will work exactly the same.
If you don't want to pay credits for it, requisition your star ship when you reach the next level, pull the Photon Torpedo launcher out, and put it in your Connie.
Now, if the Torpedos looked like the TOS Photon Torpedoes, (with the "twang" sound effect) THEN I would want it to scale...
I'll Really glad you like the interior and especially the bridge. I study photo after photo to get everything as accurate as possible.
My only problem with the bridge layout is that I can't bump my science officer out of the way so I can look through his 'viewmaster'. I've always wanted to know what Spock saw when he looked in that thing...
Just wanted to add my thanks and thoughts. Bias alert: while I grew up watching TOS in the 70s, I was never head-over-heels over the TOS sets, etc. (Now if you make a set for the Wrath of Khan interiors/sounds/etc., you'll have my money at any price...)
Having said all of that...I was not prepared for how stunning these interiors are. Yes, the art was gorgeous -- but I half-expected that. It's all the little things that really, really make this a superior set of interiors:
Moving the "ready room" functions into a conference room on the crew deck instead of cramming a conference room or ready room directly off the bridge
The misc. crewmembers wearing TOS uniforms! YES!
The low ceilings -- this in particular is a sign of great things to come
The Jeffries tubes! That was totally unexpected
The sounds -- not just the obvious bridge sounds, but Sickbay even sounds like TOS Sickbay, etc.
The sheer number of "sittable" chairs
And so on. There's so much attention to detail in this set that it makes me dream of future such efforts. The team that worked on these should be quite proud.
I'll Really glad you like the interior and especially the bridge. I study photo after photo to get everything as accurate as possible.
And as punishment for your amazing job you have to now start going through and giving every OTHER iconic bridge we've seen in the various series the same attention to detail.
Seriously though I do hope to see more of that attention to detail when it comes to the other bridge packs. It might seem trivial for some but it goes a very, very long way to adding the right kind of feel to the game.
I'll Really glad you like the interior and especially the bridge. I study photo after photo to get everything as accurate as possible.
If you were to go back and recolor the ceiling lights and the lights below the consoles to be coloured (currently the white lights make the bridge seem less colorful than it should) then it would be perfect!

Your studying really paid off... I think Roddenberry himself would be pleased with your work. Amazing job with shrinking interior sizes. I knew you guys could do it!
The only thing that ruins total TOS immersion are NPCs that use TNG Tricoders and STO's standard transporter effects. (probably not your dept anyway)
After seeing the accuracy of your work I'm really on the edge of my seat for Galaxy Class interiors! I could let out a fan boy squeal just thinking about it! OMG NERD HEAVEN
Yeah, when I saw the TOs interior, I almost fainted because of the awesomeness. Unfortunately, the server was glitchy, but still, the detail is AMAZING. I especially love the blast doors in the lounge.

It really is fantastic work! Everyone involved should be very proud of it. My only question is will the bridge chairs round the sides face their consoles or will they always face towards the screen?
Please extend my congrats and gratitude to your artists on an excellent ship interior Mr. Stahl.
And now to the Animated series value pack! 3 legged crew-members, force field belts (with glowing outline effect), and aquashuttles ftw!
Don't forget the PINK tribble that instead of producing more tribbles, gets bigger when it eats! Of course, it was because it was filling up with tribbles, so at a random feeding it should pop and produce a small starter pink tribble and a selection of random tier 1-4 tribbles.
1. Transporter Room beam out ... PLEASE!!!!
2. I haven't bought the pack yet, pay-day is Friday, but I'm hoping this is intended.. so you can equip your Bridge Officers for your away missions.. heh
As far as the TOS Tunic... I think it's pretty much spot on actually: Shatner vs C-Store Pic
Saith
Well, this was my one disappointment. Right after buying this I had to go out an make a new character designed around this set, so I could do the Vault if the F shuttle. So, in doing missions to level up, I go to rescue the SS Azuria and
The transporter person was not in TOS uniform and the transporter room was not MY transprter room, it was the current standard one. I was all set to geek out at transporting from the TOS transporter room. I suppose it is a lot of work to fix the missions to go with the ship, but this made me sad in an otherwise awesome day.
My only problem with the bridge layout is that I can't bump my science officer out of the way so I can look through his 'viewmaster'. I've always wanted to know what Spock saw when he looked in that thing...
I love the scaling...much more believable. I hope they do the same with all the bridges and interior sets for starships. Any plans for the Star Trek Enterprise Bridge? I like to have my NX with the right bridge.

Bio-beds in sick bay missing the little clear glass/plastic cones beneath the readouts, pointed at the beds.
Engineering feels like it might be half the size it should be (shouldn't i be two stories tall?)
Monitor in the captain's quarters showing a sick bay health monitor
Could the mission replay terminal be moved to the Captain's quarters?
Should I turn this into a separate thread all its own?
Before I start, I wanna say, I LOVE what Cryptic has done here, as I am a BIG TOS fan and I love everything here.
That being said I would like to add some of the "goofs or issues" that I've noticed and havent seen other people comment on.....
the "status monitors" on the sides of the viewscreen (but before the consoles start) are wrong.
there is no companel or microtape reader on the Captain's Chair
the back of the turbolift is just.....weird
the Engineering deck seems super small, especially in comparison to the crew deck
---more minor, nitpicky stuff--
on the engineering deck, the turbolift doors are blue
would like to see the "other kind" of Jeffries Tube entrance, as seen in "Everything Old is New" and in the Jeffries Tube zone itself
would like to see the three-sided triangular ladders lead to the Jeffries Tube instead of the "traditional"-style ones
the chaser lights underneath the viewscreen feel too 24th Century
turbolift signage should be above the door and all signage overall should be smaller
no blue light border around the viewscreen
the moire at the science bridge station doesn't animate "properly" (although, this one, I understand why)
Again, all criticisms, aside, I am very happy with this set. I don't want the wrong message sent out that I'm unhappy with the set. Just a few things I noticed that stuck out to me.

Some of this stuff was just so nitpicky that it really really is kind of petty.... No regulation sideburns? The screen not the exact shade it should be? Chair missiing a triangle I never even noticed before.. come on dude.
Your worse than a Stan Lee Spider Man fan at a Todd McFarlane Spiderman book signing. Did you really need to mention some of taht stuff even as a joke?
As for the Engineering, it had Tardis Syndrome, it changed shape and size depending on what the plot needed, it was THE most inconsistent room on the entire ship, especially from season to season.
But since you know every little detail of what was was wrong with the pack, I'm sure you knew that as well.

Try looking up the meaning of pedantic, you'll understand that your calling me petty and nitpicky was wholly unnecessary. Unless that's just how you get your jollies.
So anyway, I like it except I have a criticism of my own.
I liked the transporter room from the Enterprise. If that is what they were going for, then the door to the room should be (if you are standing at the transporter console) to the right a couple of feet. The transporter console should be a little to the left (about 1.5 feet). The transporter itself should be turned to face the console more and it should be more in-line with the back part in the area where the ladder is located.
"2) You can summon as many Type 2 Phasers as you want. (Not sure this was intentional or not)."
I'm sure this was intended. I equipped my entire crew with them.

It's intentional. So you can outfit your whole landing party with Trek appropriate weapons.
The scale is very good (well, as good as you can get when using a 3rd person camera) but was there a reason why the Helm/Navigation console is so damn big? Everything else looks good but they have this great big huge helm console, what's up with that?
It really is fantastic work! Everyone involved should be very proud of it. My only question is will the bridge chairs round the sides face their consoles or will they always face towards the screen?
Either way - awesome work!
Agreed - Great job Sam - oh and NICE touch to the wall plaque... also agree with request to rotate chairs to face console
My Captain is in his bed and the crew keep walking past the door causing it to swish open. Please put a lock on it or have them walk further away from the door. My Captain is getting cranky with no sleep.

The only real problem I see is that the helm console is too big for the helm personnel to actually reach across. Other than that, delicious!

I get a kick out of every new thing I find.
Feel free to add more to this interior set anytime, I love discovering new stuff.
Oooh, great catch and awesome reference pic!
Here are a couple of comparison shots. Still very delish, but could still use a bit of tweaking.

My list of requests for tweaks to the TOS interior.
Part of the problem is the Engineering set itself is somewhat inconsistent between episodes. It kinda expands over time.
