I don't think they would ban you for it but you shouldn't do it. A. it is misleading B. it is likely to annoy people making them less likely to be willing to purchase anything from you C. theres no real reason to put a false price in the name to begin with

to reply to someone don't select world chat. Click on their name and you should get /their name. Then if you type a message it will be sent directly to them.

you need a pick axe. You can get it from any merchant (as in the people specifically labled as merchants not sellers in general)
