  • I totally understand, Anira. I, like you and your husband (I think) prefer to play the game as a duo with my girlfriend. Avoiding FBs (dungeons/instances) until about 12-15 levels above them makes that mostly possible at least up until about your 40s when the game starts throwing harder bosses at you for your cultivation…
  • Originally I wasn't going to post as he is already going to give it a try and that is what it requires for anyone to make such a decision for themselves. However, after the last post, I felt the need. Way to go in shutting down those that use the cash shop (the ones that keep this game in business) as not having the proper…
  • Anira, That cave and the quests within are part of what you may have heard called "FB19" and would be impossible for you and your husband at level 23-24. All three of those mobs are usually "attached" to one another and all will attack. My girlfriend and I were unable to duo those grouped elites until 27 or 28 and the boss…
  • I don't mind so much since I'd have found it anyway. My girlfriend and I frequently travel to unvisited/higher level towns exploring, getting WPs, and checking NPCs. However, you may want to consider adding a (WARNING-Spolier Alert) to the title of this thread as a disclaimer for those that prefer to find such things on…
  • I pretty much agree with all here in that I have seen them go for as little as 2,000,000 and as high as 4,500,000. Though I did hear an offer of 7,000,000 the first day of the event as well as some fairly valuable trade offers. I personally think it best to "sit on it" (pun intended) for awhile and see how things play out…
  • Thank you all for your helpful responses. Thanks much, gattsuru. I'll ticket it.
  • That is as it should be. Archers must use MP while flying until they reach level 30. Clerics are the only class that can fly freely before level 30. All other classes must wait until level 30 to fly at all.
  • Elsavita, You are clearly very frustrated by this turn of events as are many. I commend your efforts at trying to stand up for your perceived rights and for creating a poll and thread for others to vote, vent their frustrations or offer their opinions. However, I think that your "fight" would carry much more weight if your…
  • No no! The jab about being long-winded was toward myself. Meaning that I so wholeheartedly agreed, that I was not my usual self. I love the post!
  • Sometimes you have to throw even the most loyal dog a bone. If not, it becomes increasingly angry and uncontrollable. If the dog's growls still fall on deaf ears, it just might call up it's poker buddies. If you are still blind to all but the wad of cash you are counting and recounting, throwing a bone is no longer an…

  • Touche! (that means a lot considering I am usually quite long-winded)
  • Given, I know nothing about the Zhen parties that Blanch mentioned, but I have to agree that from my experience in testing them with grinding, I did not see worthwhile results at all. So, while I did send a friend request on MySpace the first day of the event to participate and perhaps help all those desperately wanting…
  • Player level 10 for an unleveled Midnight. However, if someone has maxed the item level, player level 11 to ride. As far as my "winnings" go... I spent over $400, approximately $420-$430 and received the following: 1-Midnight 1-Nakir's Judgement 2-Wings of Daedalus 3-Israfel 6-HH Belts 8-HH Amulets And these close…
  • Yes, it is very true that if you are too far apart you will not get the quest items or experience. I have had to say the same to my girlfriend many times. I am not certain as to the why of a penchant for wandering away from your partner. It has also been a large part of our few deaths. also, here's a thought, as you may…
  • It is quite true and it is Jolly Old Jones that gives the "quest" item. Jolly Old Jones is located at the starting point for any of the three races. For example, he is at Inn of the Eagle near Etherblade. He is also at whatever the names are for the starting places for elves and Untamed and it does not matter which one you…
  • I have also seen more and more players in the last few days with types of names that were not previously available. Some of those have gotten into their 20s-30s already judging by their armour/weapons. Personally, I would not be very happy at all having a GM show up and lock my character for a name that the filter allowed.…
  • Honestly, you are all very lucky. I do not in any way wish to derail this thread, nor cause the OP or GMs to feel flamed. I too, have been been playing one form or another of these games for twenty years and so far, I cannot personally say whether or not these are the best ever or comment on their respective attitudes. For…
  • Must have clicked the quest a second time. It remembers and waits for when next you have a GA. Once a new GA is in inventory, it is immediately replaced by the Halloween Package. It happened to me a few times.

  • Of course people are complaining mostly because they felt they got nothing from the event. However, that doesn't necessarily mean an item of worth. that could mean for many, a high level of entertainment. An event worthy of reverie in which one might be able to call upon at some point in the future. X: "Hey, Y, remember…
  • I know exactly what you are saying, Adacanavar and not sure why the other poster does not get it. Anyway, the first time I actually died to a mob I was paying attention to was while tanking Krixxix as a level 39-40 BM. I died with him a little over 1/3rd down on HP. this with an HP charm, pots and treats, etc. I point this…
  • I am not sure i can agree with a roll back, but I agree something should be done for those of us that chose to buy GAs instead of use coins. I could have spent the equivalent of 6 dollars instead of 60 dollars. Perhaps a thread for those of us that used GAs should be started.
