The veno was actually intended to be a dot damage summoner/debuff class but they coded the dot skills horribly wrong prior to glyphs.(which still need work) The only issue is 0 proc. The problem is max gear does not = balanced. If they disable buffs and let you choose the shards in the gear that mode would be completely different. Certain classes do not have certain buff types for a reason. I'm not only referring to sins.

Two stones is just the bare minimum for doing the both dailies. Killing other players doing the transport quest while you transport yourself is how you get more. Until they add the item to the cash shop lol. Don't forget to take into account you only have a 5 minutes between each drop off.

I think some people are confusing set bonus with actual stats. You could have 5 aps, but you would have to equip your aps gear and then use the r9 set bonus.
