Well since healing and DD spells for a cleric are both based on the same stats a "DD" cleric would also be able to heal unless they didn't invest any points in healing spells, which is utter fail. A cleric's for healing/purifying period, there's no reason for a cleric to DD unless there are more than 1 cleric or the group…

Actually you are wrong. 2) Nubs will make an account, get to level 20, see NOTHING but cookie-cutter BM and sin builds, fail to find a group for BH that works because there are few to no clerics or real tanks left since the said 5 aps chars are going to oracle and frost their Alts and skip low level bh and as a result…

So what you are saying is akin to: Can't get a good job as a black guy pre civil rights era? Step 1: Become white.
-
Sounds like a good way to get shanked again by the same sin. Sins will go stealth the moment they kill you. You won't be able to attack them even if you do resurrect right away. All you're doing there is letting the same guy kill you again, except this time you will be buffless and at 10% life/mana. Bottom line is until…

Wrong. You only need to meet a threshold to be able to tank well. BMs are good enough if geared correctly. Being able to survive against mobs is meaningless if you can't gain enough aggro and the mobs kill off squishier group members. Also, it's somewhat ironic you call this thread "ritarded" while using words like…

Most sins who pk will sneak up in stealth while you are doing something that occupies your attention like farming for plants and mats or doing a world quest. You won't get a chance to summon your plant aoe trap since they would've already appeared and killed you. The mana cost and the cooldown on those traps also mean you…

Well their estimate on the blog for it being "about a month away" tells me it will be towards the end of February, since that blog post was posted on the 25th of January.

Do we have information on how many hp/mp per level a seeker and/or a mystic get naturally on levelup?
-
LA is not totally useless, it's just a much weaker build than arcane. 1)It greatly compromises your magic damage and defense. (3 less magic every 2 levels, 150 less magic at lvl 100) 2)Pdef stones in arcane armor more than makes up for the little pdef light armor gives, while socketing light armor with a mix of both…

Terrible idea. That just makes it even more imbalanced towards those that can afford them since that basically means you no longer even need purify. That and if a sin stuns you that means you die in like 2 seconds anyway.
-
My main questions are: How many hp/mp per level do seekers and mystics get per level? How many hp/mp per vit/mag do seekers and mystics get?
-
Mystics got no BB. The end.
-
Carrying is a good way to get around for a low level character without their aerogear.
-
Well judging by how their pet works they can lure just like a veno, so they can act as the lurer. Their heals are decent, only problem is no BB.
-
No offense but they're a large company with teams of educated marketers, business analysts, and developers who gets paid to do what they do. I find it highly ridiculous that forum "experts" such as yourself can claim to know what is better for their business than the aforementioned people. Not saying that pwi business…

Few things come to my mind. 1. No official rules prevent you from doing what you did. 2. If this was on Harshland you'd be pked for trying. (A full group of 70s have a decent chance if they ganged up, I don't know your gear so you might or might not win.) 3. Seems a bit counter-intuitive that you'd be ailenating people…

Maybe better than clerics in terms of soloing, but there's no way they come even close to healing effectiveness of a cleric. As a backup/support healer they'd be useful but you still need a cleric as the main healer.
-
Do you know how many hp/mp you get naturally per level? I've been trying to find that out.
-
I think it all depends on how many hp you get per vit point. If it is 15-17 it would be worth the above investment. If it is 10 then there's no point in putting any in it.

It's possible that a party member can leave the squad, and pk him quick before the timer counts down to 0 and boots them out of instance. Something about the story seems fishy though. In any case Karma's a b*itch, don't get red in the first place and he won't need to worry about losing half his things. And if he's going to…

Seekers are based on physical attack. Some of their skills do magical. Typical sword bm build can be applied to seekers since they use the exact same gear. Mystics are typical casters, unlike venos they don't get a melee based spiritual form so only light armor or robe builds are viable. So basically stat seekers like…

Their 3 main pets are permenant. You are thinking of their traps pets, which are temporary. You're pet dies if you die as a mystic.
-
Yeah it means that when they die in a group with a mystic they can still regain some exp and not have to scroll or run back. I've looked over mystic heals, they are not going to replace the cleric anytime soon.
-
Mystics have 3 pets they summon, and several temporary trap like pets. They cast healing spells and attack spells based on their magic stat. They use existing magical weapons (Except orbs). Based on that I would say it's basically a robe or light armor build.

Here's what I know from various sources: Seekers: uses existing swords. wear heavy armor. have very few if no stun ability or negation, at least not reliable ones. (questionable in pvp) have equal or more aoe than BM. (good in pve) have skills that do physical and/or metal damage(magic) based on physical attack. have a…
