I can work on gathering information for the Stormbringer page and a PvE guide. I'll also would reccomend doing a History of Perfect World page. Don't know if anyone read the Chronicles (I read it in it's entirety and LOVED it). I can work on those if needed. ^^

I can confirm that for some reason when I reached Shifting ky X I was able to do the cultivation.

They dont use forums, but I'll have them email me some screenies. Note* Some people said Once they hit Shifting Sky X the quest was available sooo not sure, none of them were 103 though so I doubt its a level restriction

I know a 105/105/105 at Twilight 2 and they didnt get culti quest either

LOL @ ulti skills being useless! Stormbringer ulti + Perigean Tide = GG (Ulti reduces magical and physical defence, and we hit for both) Storms dont need anyone else to help us out in killing anyone, PWI totally enabled us, love it.

Yeah I hope on level 2 of these skills it removes the item requirement. They are already 5 seconds in cooldown and some skills don't seem to have a change at all when you hit level 2, so that would be reasonable.
