make a Venomancer, you spend basically nothing on pve, try getting rarepets and sell them for a lot. Level it to 60+ or 70+ and farm Twilight Temple (HH) for a lot of money, too.

play a venomancer as a maincharacter and it's totally free, even if you want cashshop items, just learn how to play that class and be fine.

it adds fire damage, so you do like 1000 normal damage + 100 fire damage instead of just 1000 normal damage without blazing. yes there is one quest in archosaur which sends you to the dragonquest director. You will then do a short dragonquest using dq31 items and after that you are free to choose your DQs.
