Does blazing arrow hurt you when you fight people with fire resistance? The main question I have is if it "adds" fire damage meaning that blazing arrow won't make you go lower than your base damage or does it "convert" so that you do less damage than you would without blazing arrow against people with high "fire resistance".

    it adds fire damage, so you do like 1000 normal damage + 100 fire damage instead of just 1000 normal damage without blazing.

    If someone has 80% physical resist and only 20% fire resist, you will now wo 200+80 = 280 instead of only 200 damage.

    If someone has 20% physical and 80% fire resist, you will do 800+20 = 820 damage instead of 800 normally.

    So yes, you always do more damage using blazing arrow.
