Like you said it is the consequences of a PvE server. There are none. PvP servers the more powerful guilds can pk and disrupt your leveling/game play. Thus discouraging attacks/alliances/etc. PvE they can't really do much. I am sure if CQ/BL/GZ could not kos anyone that they would be attacked by every guild every week.…

The good ones restore what 100 per second? but if you are in attack doesn't that go down to 25%. If so you would still run out of mp fairly quickly which is why you would need the charm

I don't think the DoT skills are ever worth leveling for PvE or PvP, not untill you have maxed every other skill you would like to first. They are significantly weaker then your normal spells so even if it does some added damage in the next 15 seconds, added together it is still probably not as strong as a gush or pyro.…

You can hope for this but in the end it will just be the same as LC, just some diff or some of the same people doing it. The good thing for people is that if they are there from day 1 there may not be many higher levels to do it to you.
