Account unstable

As u may guess from the title... WTF does it mean when ur account is unstable. Thing is my gf got banned over 2 months ago now and pw has admitted in a ticket that shes innocent of what she was accused of. Now however they are keeping her banned because they say her account is 'unstable'. I tried asking what that means but the only response i get is 'please have the holder of the account email us blablabla....' If any1 can please tell me what to do about this id be very happy to hear -.-. Thank you in adveance if u can help solve this :)

PS. she sent in a ticket 2 times alrdy, with the tickets of pw saying shes innocent attached. That was over 2 weeks ago and they just dont respond anymore b:angry.

    I would love to hear the answer to this too. My other account which became my main was innocent, but now they fail to reply for over a month. Fortunately i had already quit the game so it isn't a big deal but as a matter of principle i would like to have my account back in case my mind changes.

    Guess they don't want old players to come back anymore, oh well, games dead soon anyway

    When you email support, be sure you include:

    1 - Ticket Number for current ticket regarding situation
    2 - Userid of account
    3 - Toon's name/class/level being discussed
    4 - Is it the character banned or entire account (be sure you state correct one)
    5 - If you had the secret question/answer, also provide this
    6 - Provide the IP address of where you log from (I log fm work/home)
    7 - Provide email address associated w/ the account
    8 - Provide the First Name, Last Name of account registration
    9 - Provide address account was registered to.
    10 - Provide the phone # account was registered w/ or simply provide a phone #.

    Reason? The more information you provide the more you prove this is your account. Ask them to please clarify what 'account is unstable' means (give a definition). Try to talk to them politey, and w/ patience.

    Please remember they are still trying to protect your account and ensure no one has access or any type of interaction/control of an account they do not own. If you provide enough information, then there is more proof it is your account.

    Also, don't open a ticket about your GF's account. Any issues she's having, she needs to make contact with them about it.

    unless he is the one who made her the account, and or the account is linked to his credit card, or some other extenuating circumstance that would make it as much his responsibility or concern as it is hers.

    Did you buy too many 12 star dragon orbs from the boutique a while ago? b:chuckle

    They removed those from the boutique because they caused ''server instability'' as well. It's a popular excuse from the GM's nowadays I suppose.

    My guess is that they're BSing you.

    she IS the one contacting em b:laugh but since she cant even log her account anymore on the forums im making this thread.

    Im not discussing her ban, i just want a clear explaination of what a 'unstable account' means.

    i dont use credit card or paypal to prevent these kinda things lol
