Actually, it is, if it is advertising or promising a service, for payment. Payment, in this respect, is time spent, which, mind you, legally qualifies as payment in the US. There is at least one situation I've encountered where the total amount of points one can earn in a day is only 60, that being when all 6 included Primal Daily Quests are that which earn the points. Being only 6 included quests from Primal, on these days you can only earn 60 points.

RT Sort of IS/WAS an underwater city, if you walk around the city, you will see schools of fish swimming by. Sure it's a bit lame, and hard to suspend your disbelief for, when you can walk out of town, and go down to the beach and THEN go underwater.. but I think that was sort of the design goal for RT.. sort of :P

I wholeheartedly agree on this point, 1 absentee note is nice, but my account has 8 active toons on it, I shouldn't have to have an absence when I was actually here, on 7 of the 8 toons, and not only that, with the month now being over, it won't be possible to go back and fix it anyway.
