No Charge Rewards?!

Still havent recieved my tier 1 or tier 2 rewards. Logged in on the character that spent the 50 a couple times and still nothing..am i missin something here?

    I believe they were spend rewards, not charge rewards.

    Nope.
    Charge rewards are when you get rewards for buying gold with $.
    Spend rewards are when you get rewards for spending gold on boutique items.

    They are completely different.

    Did you actually spend it, as in bought something from the cashshop/bidding hall and not sell it in the auction house? If so you Should have gotten sent the items within a few minutes of purchase and should write a ticket if you did not get them.

    Also, I'm assuming you spent this gold at least 15 hours ago right? That's when promo ended.

    i ment the dragon orb spend promo, and yes it was on the 13th. Bought 52gold worth of items on the 16th. the promo was from 12th-17th. spent all the gold on 1 toon to make sure i got the rewards, but still nothing.

    Ya, you should have gotten rewards within minutes, I'd send in a ticket.

    I'm not exactly sure what you get out of flaming posts, you are really no better then the person starting new threads for which there is already a topic running.     OP, I suggest sending a ticket if you bought things from the boutique during the predetermined time constraint. Please also be aware of any time-zone differences which may have caused this misunderstanding/issue. b:victory

    Because Charge and Spend rewards are different, and this particular misunderstanding often causes unnecessary spam tickets and debate. It is important to first make sure that this is in fact a problem with the system as opposed to user error and/or misunderstanding.

    I don't want to send someone off to create unnecessary tickets for things that aren't legitimate problems. That wastes everybody's time.

    But, wouldn't something like, "You titled your post Charge rewards, but mention spending in the body of your post. If you could clarify which you are referring too, I would be much better equipped to respond." have been a better way to approach this post from the start?
