Nothing wrong per se. But you will die till your equip starts to make up for the lost hp. And yes it's normal to rest a lot at your level. By the way... low hp=dead to magic that doesn't miss.

They might just be afk. They have to choose to revive before anything happens.

Depends what I lose. And what level of genius. Not much in this world isn't possible with the proper knowledge. But yep it depends on what's lost what's gained.

There might be a special situation with unusual circumstances ... but... usually if they aggro and attack you, that means no one was not attacking them... therefore not possible to ks. Right?

Also, even if it doesn't show the scroll bar you can also try dragging your finger down the right? I think. The right side of the touch pad going up or down, acts as a scroll key. I've used it to zoom in and out before.
