Sandstorm Sage vs Demon

Hey all. Been reading the ecatomb site. Wanted to see what I have to look forward to as a new and upcoming mage, and what heaven hell differed in. Well for a specific skill, here it is:
Sage Sandstorm - 50% accuracy decrease.
Demon Sandstorm - +1200 dmg
Now here's the thing, sandstorm lvl 10 already has 50% accuracy. So what's up here? Is it +50% (making a total of 100%) or does it not do anything? Hopefully it's some kind of typo.

Sage's bonus is 50% longer duration.
PWI's translations are extremely odd.0 -

...and Clerics are Mushrooms.
Paper beats Rock. Scissors beats Paper. Scissors also happens to beat Rock...until Rock gets 50k+ soulforce at which point Rock becomes an unstoppable killing machine that beats Paper... and would beat Scissors but it can't find Scissors, because Scissors are invisible.
So Scissors beat Paper and avoids Rock, and that is called BALANCE. -cheze0 -
