It depends on your play style and what weapons you will prefer next, I suggest that you check the list for TT weapons. I chose a Wheel of Life because I want a Wheel of Denied Fate when i get to 90.
-
For PvE i prefer arcane.

WQ gives reward according to level: 70-79 - 100k XP and 20k SP 80-89 - 200k XP and 40k SP 90-99 - 300k XP and 60k SP You also have a chance to get a random reward.
-
From level 70 you should start doing your World Quest every day. That should give you enough SP points.
-
Sounds fun doesn't it? b:chuckle
-
This is true, don't forget your starter quests are only equal for Barbs and Venos and guess the devs though all venos would go for Robe and Barbs would go for HA. At around level 20 the quests start to be equal to all classes so you can get some LA rewards too.

Since we are talking about ranged pets as anyone tried out those cactopod (I guess the level 4 ones are the best) to see how they compare to Eldergoth?
-
The times I've heard that question... Tame them all then keep the ones you enjoy the most b:victory.

Reflect and Bash work very well but you are right, you can't start spamming noxious as soon as you start or you will steal aggro from pet. If you want to gain XP you don't need to take same level mobs, you will get more XP and better drops with higher mobs. I agree that Herc is optimal on bosses but from my personal…
-
With herc you don't need to grind 1 on 1, (specially with physical mobs) its quicker to take a bunch of them at the same time. As for FBs, even if you spend money getting him the same skills as herc, Eldergoth Marksman will have less HP, physical defense and magical defense, he won't be as good as herc tanking.

Hercules - 82 (main pet) Abysmal Turtle - 42 (someday I'll level him...) Orchid Petali - 72 (for luring) Celestial Plumpfish - 80 (water quests...) Petite Sawfly - 71 (air quests...) Centipod Destroyer - 31 (testing, goes away as soon as I need space) Lunar Lupin - 50 (looks cool) Acephalid Death Knight - 70 (good to scare…

Kowlin is good for luring, he's the fastest battle pet at his level (and will be the fastest at any level if you level him). If you want a good pet for fbs and grinding nothing comes close to Hercules so you should save your money for it. PS: Kowlin is a level 60 pet so you can only tame and use it when you get to level 60.

I've been getting some fungus from Carrion Vulture near Sanctuary.
-
Never noticed it, can you give me a phoenix so I can test it? b:chuckle
-
I think you are correct, you need to kill monsters that have the same or higher level than you nix (and your nix needs to have at least 500 loyalty) to get the 15 exp.
-
Use copy/paste b:chuckle?
-
Herc only eats meat, nix only eats hay but you can solve that buying a Blessing of Christmas.
-
You should read the Rei's kinda-ok guide for Heavy/Robe Fox.
-
Have you gone to the pet guy, under the Tame Pet menu, and clicked the skill icons?

Check http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/lvl/40-49 and http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/lvl/50-59, the nearest to your level are Terrestrial Foxwing (level 54 north of Misfortune) and Foxwing of the Void (level 41 SW of Plume).

Try this link.

I've catched mine using buildings in the area. You can also get an Elf to lure one of them close to you.
-
I think they start at level 60.

Yes, in Arch you can craft higher level of weapons. The same applies to Tailor and Craftsman.

From what I've seen from 8 pets most of the stats (Damage, Evade, Phys. Res., Mag. Res. and HP) have a linear growth. The great exception to this rule seems to be Phys. Atk. that appears to increase more as levels go by. Can some high levels send me the stats from their Crystalline Magmite so I can verify this behaviour? I…
-
With a linear growth rate we should be able to determine the approximated value in any level if we have the average growth rate and the value at a certain level. I'm levelling several pets atm to see if the growth rate stays always linear.
-
I think it depends on hunger level and loyalty of the pet (>500 gives the max rating). I've been wondering if all pet stats have a linear growth rate (the average change between 2 levels remains constant) or if there have different behaviour. What do you think about this?

I tamed a level 4 Soft Cactopod and leveled it to level 20 and i'm having the same average results (attack started as 11 per level but as been increasing to 20 per level, P. Def as been beetween 73 and 74 per level and all the other are fixed). These are the stats at level 20: HP : 539 Attack : 303 Accuracy : 539 Attack…
