Lvl 30 quest wings don't consume MP. Cash Shop wings don't consume HP. As Mosz said, there are +MP regeneration items. Plus, you can kindly ask a cleric to buff you with the regeneration buff, which lasts 30 mins.

Wow, your stats are really messed up. As Envy said, MAG is totally not worthless but useless. And for your armor you need your lvl +4 STR. If you're 22, you will need 26 STR. To restat you will need a lot of money for your lvl, at least 500k. You can either wait for you to get the money or start your character over again.

Phoenix is better for PvE grinding (no fbs or HH) than hercules.

You MUST lvl the bash skill. Otherwise, it will lose the aggro.

Most people stop lvling at 90-100, and just play for PvP, PK, TWs, HH runs, etc.
