In my mind a pets damage and physical attack would go hand in hand if not identical. I have noticed some pets can have great damage and not so good physical attack and other have great physical attack and lousy damage. This makes not sense to me can anyone explain it? Also which would be consider the better stat damage or physical attack.

Hers a few examples of pets I have records of

lvl 63 pet A damage = 1347 vs Physical attack = 1579
lvl 63 pet B damage = 1092 vs Physical attack = 1180
lvl 63 pet C damage = 1256 vs Physical attack = 1105
lvl 63 pet D damage = 927 vs Physical attack = 1682
lvl 55 pet E damage = 865 vs Physical attack = 1076
lvl 28 pet F damage = 540 vs Physical attack = 300
lvl 28 pet G damage = 700 vs Physical attack = 277

See how one lvl 63 pet has physical attack higher than its damage and one has physical attack lower than damage. And pet D has what appears to be horrible damage but has amazing physical attack.

And the 2 lvl 28 pets. One has great damage at 700 but its physical attack is lower than the other lvl 28 with only 540 damage.

On writing this post it force me to study the issue a bit more and it appears to me damage stat is nothing more than the accuracy stat. Damage = Accuracy. Is this correct? i think that should be changed. It's misleading to call accuracy, damage.

    Damage = mistranslated accuracy.

    lol, yeah. A lot of their translations aren't perfect. For a minute there I thought you were recording damage on a particular mob and comparing attacks and the pets dmg per hit. lol
