Look at my exp... it stayed like that for about 2 minutes.

Not a glitch. Open up your character menu and chances are you'll be 1 or 2 exp away from leveling.
All that is is the way PW rounds numbers. The actual percent might be 99.9857%, but it'll display as 100.0% until you get all the exp needed.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
Wait till you get to my level.
