This is correct only if you are higher level than monster. Here is how drops are calculated: http://www.pwdatabase.com/ms/drop As you see being below monster level will always give you 100% probability of getting items based on your level. Only then drop rate kicks in and screws everything.

If you are pked you will loose no exp. If you will be killed by mob you will loose usual amount of XP. You must speak to NPC who gave you that quest and you will receive it again.

Yes, it is possible. If at the end of DQ21 you are talking to NPC he announces you have completed the quest. Then you have two choices of reply - "confirm" and "continue". If you will choose "continue" DQ21 will immediately start over for you. It may seem as if never ended.

Go to Dungeons and Tactics section of forums, you will find all about FB, DQ, Rebirth and "wined" there in sticky threads. AFAIK they are related to World Quest. You can have this daily quest at level 70+

I have it on Windows 7 for 2 months and it performs flawlessly. Even better than on XP on same computer, got rid of graphical glitch when my char was hasted like Duracell rabbit and can also alt-tab out of game and back. And I did not install it but just copied the installation folder from XP.
