Problem with getting skill

Im already level 40 and im having problem getting a skill (Highland Cleave)...

It says that I dont have enough spiritual cultivation when I click it but I already did the cultivation quest for level 39. (during my fb39) b:pleased

Anyone know why I can't get it? I have all the requisite skills and when i had enough spirit to get it i couldn't get it still... b:cry

    You know you have to die to start the sc39 right? No seriously you have to kill yourself essentially

    Or if you are on a pvp server, have someone kill you..... which should not be too hard.

    Can I just die by a mob and also get resurrected b:pleased or do I have to go back to town and lose some exp? b:sad

    And why do I/we have to die?...Is it a glitch or something or on purpose? Cus I don't really see any point in that...

    the cultivation quests are essentially the main story thread behind the game, so you should read them to understand why. PvP or PvE server makes no difference - you still have to die to complete the cultivation, since only those who understand death can talk to the spirit lady. For me -- I opened up PK mode and dropped to the ground under Heavens Tear and said "someone kill me". Got my culti done at no XP loss. I don't know if it works dying from mobs and getting rezzed.

    Oh, Thx..........XD..........I just remember the sc said something about having to die to understand........:P........Ima try dying and someone resing me but about the PKing, do you lose anything if someone kills you?...............D:

    If you are pked you will loose no exp. If you will be killed by mob you will loose usual amount of XP. This is why this is easier on PvP server - just find some redname and say "you suck" to him. b:laugh
    In PvE server it is wise to die by mob right after leveling, so you will not have many XP to loose.
    Notice, that loosing a duel will not count, you will have to die by pk or mob.

    no xp loss, but a possibility since one of the latest patches to have your gear "shattered" and needing chi stones to repair it
