Win 7 not supported but...

Win 7 is not supported yet.
I know because I read it in FAQ but I'd like to know if PWI can run anyway with Win 7 RC 64 bits even if the devs would not help to solve problem(s).

I dont really want to download the game if it will not run at all.
Anyone tried it?

Sorry if this has already been ask.
I'm new to the forum and a little bit lost.

    i can't be 100% sure though

    isn't there supposed to be an "XP Mode" in Win7?
    although i hear it's a pain to configure...

    I read something about XP mode but to be honest, I installed Win 7 two hours ago and only used XP in the past.
    I dont feel the need to work hard to make it work, I'm some kind of Newb with computers.b:chuckle

    If it not run alone, I will just forget it until PWI devs wake up and realize that Win 7 is knocking at our doors.

    I have it on Windows 7 for 2 months and it performs flawlessly. Even better than on XP on same computer, got rid of graphical glitch when my char was hasted like Duracell rabbit and can also alt-tab out of game and back. And I did not install it but just copied the installation folder from XP.

    Runs perfectly, nothing more and nothing less.

    For those who don't know XP Mode is just a virtual machine. You WON'T be able to run games on it. Games run fine on 7 anyway. Also, it's nice to have saved the game's installer for cases like these.
