As far as I know, there isn't a warning for each new skill, but don't worry! There's no way you can "miss" a skill. If you don't talk to the Elder in time, you can always come back later, and learn the skill then. It won't disappear.

Don't worry, that's normal. Chi increases by killing mobs, and lots of actions (see what Amiris posted). Unless you get an action or Skill that uses up Chi, it won't decrease.

Ok, maybe it's my time to lend you a hand! First of all, if your machine fails can't show you the Logon screen, it means that the OS itself has some kind of error. Either a system file is missing or corrupted, or you've got a virus. Do you remember any strange behavior before your PC failed to start?

I think that "lack of Consistency" it's what makes an original game, isn't it? I don't see any trouble in attacks varying, all the contrary, it adds depth to a game.
