BTW, Before anyone asks, yes, the T3 Nirvy the calculations are based on have pretty OP ads (40 attack levels,+13 max phys damage, +1 crit and -.05 interval) and the R9RR are about mid range ads (58 attack levels, 5% crit, 11 dex + Non variables)

I think they should be available, but only through an application type process for say TT Nirvy stuff in which case you have to prove a legitimate reason why you should be allowed to unbind it. Edit: I WOULD like to point out that NOT all lunar vs TT is equal, and some weapons have "more favorable" ads on the TT versions.
