As far as I've seen, only the tome becomes unbound after upgrading. Haven't seen proof with other nation war upgrades to the contrary.

The thing im saying is that if they were to add those +2 atk lvl shards they would cancel jades out and only leave us with whatever atk/def we get from gear bonuses thats all. Just because people have full 3rd r9 doesnt mean all of those people dont have josds. All im saying is that if the +2 atk lvl and def lvl shards were available to cancel each other out all you have left is the atk lvls and def lvls on weapon + gears. Edit: sorry for double post x.x

As I said in my OP, I'm not 100% sure, but there has been cases where it worked out that way. Nothing wrong with giving it a look see right? I mean that's what the maintenance is for, restarting servers and fixing bugs. Pretty sure it doesn't take 2 hours to restart the pw servers lol... b:shutup
