New AEU set bonus

I just saw a cape that was apparently crafted from AEU. I looked it up on pwdatabase and it isn't listed there as of yet. I was wondering if anyone knew what the bonus is for the cape + whatever other piece of armor/accessory is.

Any information is appreciated b:thanks

    They are called Wings of Ascension.
    The set bonus appears to be "Kestra's Descent".

    The Chinese(?) link can be found here.
    The bonus appears to be +8 attack levels.

    The Helmet of which it shares "Kestra's Descent" set bonus can be found here. However, it appears that the only way to get this is through a pack-win of .0002%, through an unreleased pack.
