No one is ever going to realistically get aps on R8 recast boots... I don't even know why ppl bother putting that in pw calc builds... Heck even interval on R8 recast chest is pretty unrealistic, I don't know of any BMs in Dreamweaver who have gotten it yet and trust me we've tried lol.
